    So do you log how the set felt etc how you hit the set. You see what I’m struggling with is I see so many people in the gym so busy filming and writing shit down theyve lost the art of just training. What I mean is there so obsessed with phones and pens amd books. Just leave ya phone in the car and Fukin train hope this makes sense

      Quality, execution, tempo, technique, setup all comes into role. Once those are standardized then the weight progressions will come. You must film the set to see how it went, how it was executed, to see what you need to fix for the next time the session comes around.
