Nachdem Training liegt man komplett aufgeheizt und verschwitzt auf der Matte, die leichte Brise die dann durch das Fenster kommt, man braucht nur noch während der letzten Cool-down Übung die Augen schließen und zack ist man wieder am Strand! Trotz ich dachte ich schaffe das nicht! It definitely goes to my favorites!
