They just did so much right with the Escalade that if you can afford a Yukon might as well go with the escalade. Can see the Yukon Being a fleet vehicle bc price tag is less for some corporations. I’ve seen more caddies in this generation than Yukons and even with that only seen the SLE/SLT trims.
In my area I see waaay more of the new Yukon Denali's than the new Escalades. Probably depends on the area. I prefer the Yukon this generation, unless it's the Escalade V haha

My wife and I just bought a Denali Ultimate Yukon! We flew to Colorado and drove back to Idaho…..what a trip suoer cruise, massaging seats…. Just an awesome ride! Love it! Huge shout out to Markley GMC of Fort Collins, Colorado!
One of my dream cars, probably will never be able to afford one anytime soon but if I could, would definitely be on the lot buying one. 😅 I honestly prefer the interior more than the one in the Escalade. I can't stand the tablet attached to dash look that every car manufacturer is doing, but that oled is beautiful screen.
Honestly the only thing id want different on my denali would be that black chrome grille and accents but im not trying to pay about +10k more just for a visual look. Might buy the parts and install them later

I am surprised how many people want a choice for the ultimate interior. GM typically uses black leather for everything even my 2019 Sierra. This is what makes the ultimate stand out! A different color! The best way to describe it if someone has not seen the ultimate interior in person it reminds me of a baseball mitt brown……. Give or take a shade :) not exact but with the wide stitching loops it’s very classy and fits the truck! I hope they keep it with an ultimate only color. The rims are ultimate only all the Vader chrome is ultimate only. Massaging seats to my knowledge are only for the ultimate. Sorry for the long answer wanted to be clear maybe it might help someone

That seat cracked the screen 😂. Then when he goes back behind the vehicle he paused and looked at the screen with his eyes very quick then proceeded his presentation 😅 I hope he didn't have to pay for a new screen.
So to be clear, the ultimate package is a blackout grill and 4 headrest speakers (which are horrible placement for speakers btw). That seems kind of crazy for the 10k premium (in Canada) over a loaded Denali. I like the blackout grill personally, but 10K?... not that much.

your video describes as if there are only two Denali options - Ultimate or standard Denali XL. The 2023 Denali is available in standard and XL sizes in both the standard Denali and the ultimate - 2 model options of the Denali in standard and XL versions of each. FYI.
Yes you can get it in the XL version in either. You can also get every ultimate option including super cruise in without getting the ultimate special interior and Vader chrome if you want.
So really right now I checked google to see how. Much the denail. Gmc2023 cost 92.000 dollars the gmc Denali ultimate costs 20.000 so I prefer the GMC denail ultimate is cheaper then th gmc 2023 gmc so I’m a 3 family living in doha so the denail ultimate is just the perfect car ❤😮
No comparison at all. The Denali was barely mentioned. My 2023 Denali has exactly everything that the ultimate has with the exception of the speakers in the headrest. And guess what, I don't want speakers in my ears. I even have the Super Cruise option on my 2023. The darkened grill and other trim are not attractive to me. My light shale interior looks better too. So, why pay extra for a vehicle that you like less. The Ultimate is not worth the extra money.

@@VagabondBuilds Next to my current home, my 2001 Yukon was the best purchase I've ever made. It's got 352K miles on the same engine and tranny. I got a great deal on the build, just as I did for the previous Chevy K Blazers (which were great vehicles for their time). I have no reason to look anywhere else but GM for a replacement - though I don't really NEED one. And that's the point. The current Yukon is larger that the Yukon I drive. Space which I really don't need for fun and work. But it's not a deal breaker. But another 20K tacked on to a high Denali price for an upgraded Bose system (?), Vadar chrome (which I like) and upgraded leather and wood (which I also like) hits my squeal point. Especially when the GMC VP crowed about how the average sale price has been rising rapidly and dealers are still pushing MSRP+. Based on inflation, I would be paying about 75K to replace my Yukon. Tough not to feel taken to pay more than that, even for a vehicle that I like.
Since I am not a rapper from Compton nor a crossfitter from Miami I will take this over an Escalade. And the price is a bargain compared to an Escalade. There will be ghosting in the Escalade's OLED screen a few years down the road.

I came here for this exact question. I have a 2008 Sequoia Platinum and I’ve test driven the Denali. The seats were not as comfortable in the Denali.
I do remember the seats did feel more comfortable in the ultimate. I can’t tell you exactly if it’s more padding for sure but they were more plushy.
