요거트면 무발효빵, 난같은느낌인데 베이킹소다로 부풀리는것같네요. 전자레인지를 쓰면 비피더스균이 다 죽어서 제빵에 안좋지않나요? 레인지에 돌리는이유가 궁금합니다
