True. They are actually the ones that stay more basic and general, they are great for starting exercising and after watching them you'll have a way easier time following his newer videos. But honestly I can't uderstand how someone would find out about hampton and not look up his older videos as well. It's like Vsauce. I just want more!!

i use meditation and going for nice walks in the woods to calm myself down, this makes you less stressed. When your body is stressed, your body actually stops healing itself.
So if you want your healing days to be more efficient you should chill out and really just do absolutely nothing that gives you stress.
Instead of using the term "rest", you may want to use "recover.". Many people consider rest to be doing nothing. Recovery suggests that something is still being done, but also that it is intentional. For example, I only workout my body parts once a week, broken into 3 day ( upper body, core and lower body). On recovery days, I increase my protein intake above how much I get on workout days, to enable the body to recover and rebuild.
Idk i feel like recovering is to generic. You need to rest as in sleep, like REM sleep big time!

You'd shrink if you work out too much. Load increases on your backbone and that limits growth. However your muscles start to build up
