you could technicaly do a Grass only challenge, since Tiger Grass counts as grass, and you could count other lawn adjacent plants like Blover & Dandelion
My top tip for avoiding ads in PVZ 2 is by turning off your internet or wifi. The ad can't load and it will just skip the ad. You'll need them on to load up the game and for ad required things like earning gems/coins or renting a plant though.
