@@paulmerchant9015 thanks very much, no I used 18mm MDF, 😆 25mm will be to heavy try keep the weight as light as possible for the drawer runners even recommend using 12mm for back and base of drawer box’s 🫡
Yeh I noticed that aswell something is out of square there and yeh it would drive me crazy aswell but at the end it looked like hede rectified it , plumb level and square , u stick to that mantra and most things slot in to place
@@PaulClovesCheck 13:48 it's definitely still there... He was pressing on it with his foot at one point so it sat flush. The middle drawer is like it too but not half as bad as the first one. Down the left side of the drawer it's out a good 10-15mm so not like it's nothing
@@gixxer7907 your eyes r better than mine then ( I’m getting old ) but we both know it should all b all flushed up on the front face as a finished product and if not , then has to b rectified and that wouldn’t b a case of tapping it around a bit , it would b agg , can’t understand how it managed to go out of square to the front line though especially as with the laser’s nowadays available ( with the square up facilities they have ) which he was using , no more 3 4 5 nowadays or even good old fashioned builders squares , to get that bit wrong or slightly out is gonna cause u major grief when it comes to delivering a an accurate proper looking final product
Check around 11:50 you'll see it better and know what I'm on about lol it doesn't line up with the arch at all at the top, the drawer front is at least proud 10mm to the arch. If it was my house I'd have to redo it...
@@gixxer7907 I’m guessing ur a chippie anyway or if not ur in the building game in some way or other in which case ude have probably been doing the job yourself anyway and as so not putting someone else’s work to right I reckon ude have done it correctly, first time 😃
@@gixxer7907 we put a shelf above it for towels I just missed that bit in filming lol, we where going to make it bigger but we where cautious of the weight of the drawer aswell 😁
@@keelsjoineryconstructionltd i mean maybe it's not super noticeable at normal volumes but it was 5:30 AM and i was trying to watch it and i had to lower and bump the volume like 15 times haha
@@keelsjoineryconstructionltd Yeah, gave me a good idea on how to do understairs storage, what i thought off was way too complicated for no reason haha, that's why it's always good to check on youtube and see few people how they do it

Fine MDF dust = a mask every time you cut that stuff. It’s in the years to come when you will suffer.
I will wear a dust mask next time, I don’t really work with mdf a lot so I’m so glad I’m not exposed to it every day
