- In this video me and my friends attempted the 'ZERO to HERO' Challenge! You start with a full white loadout (and a green heavy because there are no white options) and must complete EVERY Destiny 2 Raid. Only random drops and rewards from the raid can be used as you progress.

Remzy: 22 deaths

Summary: Gmeiners was throwing. Not as bad as Wreck, but still throwing.

Issue would be getting the loot we had back... will likely run this challenge again either before TFS or after that raid comes out so we have 2 new ones.

Man I didn't want this series to end yet... Do it again, but you have to roll a wheel to make your class setups everything from subclass to grenade, fragments all of it and you have to use it the whole time
Next you should do this but with a twist, new light kits only on completely new characters. You can go to the tower to decrept engrams and buy abilities from ikora, but you can only use glimmer earned from the raids you complete, you can also only choose one gun to take to the next raid( you chose out of the guns you have at the end, armour isnt included)

D2 hopefully doesn’t die 6 months after Final Shape. It’s a game that’s unlike any other. It’s just suffering from over saturation with Exotics and the fact that builds don’t matter much outside of about 3 overall best builds. The rest are just flashier ways of killing one-shot trash mobs. STILL…I’d hate to see it die.

Potential modifier idea if you do similar challenges like for dungeons or GMs or something - if you get an exotic engram you're allowed to decrypt it at Rahool, but you're not allowed to focus it, and if you do decrypt one you are required to keep it equipped for the rest of the challenge. So if you get an engram in your first raid and it drops DARCI now you're stuck without a sword for movement and with terrible DPS, unless you get another exotic engram and it's also heavy slot. But you could also end up with nighthawk, synthos, tractor, gjally, etc.

Next challenge: from Hero to Legend - while using eq acquired in "from 0 to hero" OR starting again with white gear, complete EVERY challenge mode in every raid

For anyone curious the reason the wipe occurred at 4:30 was due to a mechanic I don't think a lot of people understand about crypt security. The game will not pick any new fuses after the doors start closing. You can clearly hear dark left called, and before last light was called, the doors started closing. The scanner did not see last light glowing, he was standing on dark side and used, process of elimination, but that does not work when the damage phase is ending.
G is right, you can do damage while their closing, but it will not pick any new fuses during the closing process.
Makes sense, I guess it just never updated
These videos are so nice to watch. I wish i could do challenges lime this. But i haven't ran a raid since a week after Crota's End dropped last season. I dont have enough experience in any raid except Kings Fall (I managed to Flawless it, get ToM and its Catalyst. Which im proud of) i have a total of 4 raid weapons crafted. 3 earned in raids, on earned from Riven's wish tokens 😅

Next series should be ranDIM flawless raids. Might also sprinkle in some more random challenges to see what people enjoy the most and might also do some trio ability only challenges too!

Truly enjoyed this content until you started running them off stream and using weapons that you got in previous clears. Killed the whole vibe for me, truly sucks because i found this idea very unique 😢
We never ran off stream. I ended up helping someone do a root of nightmares clear and in the process deleted all my loot but the trace rifle.
Honestly just forgot since we did the challenge over multiple weeks.
Then I realized I wouldn't get any loot, saw the trace rifle still in my inventory and then was just messing around with it.
Genuinely only used it for shooting nodes and to joke around. Idk how that kills the vibe but to each their own I guess. Point of the challenge was more so to have fun and make entertaining videos.
