If you're planning on giving it away, you really should have left the frame stock, or found a professional to extend the frame properly. I wouldn't give away my first attempt at a frame stretch to a viewer, let alone to someone who'd be towing an actual load with it. It's all fine and dandy when it's just a fun project/learning experience for a youtube series, but it's a whole other game altogether when considering the safety of the giveaway winner.

I came here because of the white International cabover will it start video, alarm bells started ringing when hes polishing stuff and throwing chrome wheel nut covers on before getting it running as it should, then says its too expensive to fix after spending thousands on chrome, making it pretty should be the last thing on the list. Well that didn't take long... cuts the frame on a solid old truck with history and stuffs the chassis, as it will have alignment issues. Runs the 2 stroke with a stuffed radiator, fills with creek water, he going to realise the motor has had it and part it out. This project was doomed from the start, finish a damm project Bruce

Mack R model, also known as a "Flintstone" here in Australia. You need to get a 205L drum, cut it a the third ring & use that as a catch tub, they are handy to stand on when working on high objects too.
I've seen some pretty bad radiators, but that's about the worst I've ever seen. Doesn't look like it's worth fixing. The radiator shop might tell him that.

Glad to hear y'all have radiator repair shops in Florida watched the video of y'all pulling the fuel tank off the chevy luv have them to boil and rott the rust out of the tank it will save you time trying to find another fuel tank cause finding good chevy luv fuel tanks are going to be hard to find thought I would suggest it might be worth checking out keep up the good work doing a great job.
Check with Oshkosh radiators in Wisconsin, they may have a reasonable new radiator. Got one for my freightliner chases rv for about half price. It was also,all metal

You are probably going to have to get a new radiator. Also check your heater core as it may also be badly corroded.
