How To Upcycle a Trader Joe's Flower Bag

Trader Joe's has fabulous flower bags, but let's face it, they could use a little bling - especially if you're going to be giving your flowers as a gift. This video will walk you through step by step how to upcycle Trader Joe's flower bags so they will look tres chic with Parisian market stencils.
What I used:
~ Craft paper (or butcher paper) you can get this from Walmart grilling section or most craft stores
~ Parchment paper - you can get this at your local grocery store
~ Painter's tape
