The Bangalore-Mysore Expressway, also known as NH275, is the shortest route between Bengaluru and Mysuru. 117 km Bengaluru - Mysuru Expressway. Three hours or more are needed to get from Bengaluru to Mysuru. The trip time will be cut in half after the highway is constructed. The fast stretch would guarantee that people in the country travel the journey in approximately 1.5 hours.
Two of the most important cities in the state are Bangalore and Mysore, which are beneficial for both business and tourism. One of the important highways in the state is the 4-lane NH 275, which is currently in service.
Bangalore-Mysore Expressway project proposal came in 2014. In two phases, in May 2019 and December 2019, work on this project began. Little could be done, though, because of COVID limitations. Instead of the original projection of June 2022, the project will be completed by October 2022 and operational in March 2023.
