Literally just watched your video a couple days ago where you modified a bolt recoil weight a little and went- OH THATS HOW IT WORKS? Well shit that’s simple I could do that to any aeg with a buffer tube, add some weight, maybe some bearings- you’re da man for me not having to spend $400 on a bolt to find out it’s a rod and weight lol cuz I was about to. Great stuff as usual!
UK and the Netherlands have about the same joule limits on DMR at 1.7 Joule. Germany is cooked as they can only have full auto if they shoot below 0.5 J
@@Petr-k7damn here in the Netherlands assault rifles and pistols can go up to 1.2J with a max of 0.3 gram bb’s, DMR 1,7J with a max of 0.4 gram bb’s and bolt action 2.3J with a max of 0.4 gram bb’s.

I was also thinking of fitting in an SR-25 gearbox in my M107 as well. It sucks that it doesn't come with one as standard since even at DMR power, it sort of struggles to throw heavier ammo at any decent distance so I've just been sticking with .25s. Glad to see it is at least possible with some elbow grease, I might go through with it though I do have a potentially even dumber idea that I might go with instead.
I'm with you on the shotgun shell in the magazine. I was trying to design my own midcaps for a custom build but got bored and said fuck it and used the shotgun shells in a 3d printed shell. So much less effort

Here in Finland we're running limits of 1.7J with regular "assault rifles", 2J with MG, 2.25J with DMR and 3-4J for snipers.

Nice Build, i have to give u that... But... A M82 has to be at least 8mm bb and 6 Joules... In Germany we have no Joule Limit Up to 7,5 Joule...

Fill can with expanding foam, drill out foam, use barrel extension to trap the lip of the can & threadlock in place.
