This short video will show you how to properly a manual RV awning. Even shows you how to open awning without the strap. Shows you how to open when one end gets stuck. How can you keep your awning safe if someone accidently pulls one of the awning handles while out as well as how to put your awning away.

My awning doesn't stay open when I pull it down. The back side doesn't move when I try to move it. I am trying to dry it out after the rain. Any info would be appreciated. Thank you.

Great job on the video. I bought an Aleko awning a couple of weeks ago and struggled with the instructions. I managed to get the thing on my RV but did not "pre-stress" (wind up the awning) so it doens't open and close properly. Do you know if you can pre-stress the tube with the hardware already assembled and in place on the RV? Thanks for posting the video. We are an AF family. Thanks for your service too!
