As a shopper I usually am turned off when prices are not clearly listed. I went to an event last weekend and a booth had a sign that said “ask for prices”. As more of an introvert I would steer away from those types of buying situations.
Oh yes definitely! It’s always best to have your prices listed in multiple spots! Sometimes people still don’t see it though even if it’s right in front of their faces so they still ask 😅

Thank you so much for sharing. I had my first even last Saturday. The event was amazing and sales were awesome. Found out towards the end once we got the flow of stuff that we could've held back on upselling and when to down sell towards the end of event but overall I was very pleased for my first event. Glad to hear this as confirmation for my next event. Def know what to do next time

Erica, thank you again for the amazing video the other day comparing and testing out different vanilla fragrance oils. I decided to place an order to candle cocoon friday and got order today on Monday. Very good service. Looking forward to trying vanilla voodoo. I'm also trying gb 464 for 1st time ever. I am a new customer to candle cocoon thanks to Erica Marie Morris who is with Memory box candle co. Erica recently did a RUclips video on her favorite vanilla scents and vanilla voodoo came highly recommended for the amazing vanilla smell and highly potent fragrance. Without her wonderful video I may have never known about your hidden gem of a store. I ordered on Friday and had my order Monday. Very efficient and the packing was impeccable. After watching you, Black Tie Barn and a couple other channels for the last 6 months during testing and getting the product down my daughter(16 yo), I had our first event. It was a cheap $20 booth fee at a small event in a small town of about 9,000 people. I wasn't expecting much our first time out. Set a goal for just $100. That would have given us at least a decent margin and made the event worth it. We almost doubled it. Shockingly it was primarily our sprays and wax melts. Very few candles sold, but it was a great start and I used your tip in another video suggesting a bogo type of deal and it certainly helped.

Love your videos. I'm curious, when at market do you bring boxes for the candles or some type of cushion to wrap them in?
We put them in little gift boxes and then put those into totes and carry them to our booth spot!
