Real size bathrooms and a closet! A kitchen that you can actually cook in, a pantry! Laundry that’s inside and not in the bathroom or kitchen! I absolutely love this floor plan! So much space where you need it! You can walk around the beds and not tiny beds! Very nice! You have a winner here!

I love it! It flows, it’s cozy and sizable all at the same time. I could live there! And that porch, again, so cozy and spacious at the same time! I’d need a basement for my seasonal decorations, but otherwise, it’s perfect!!!
I agree: One bath needs a walk-in shower, double sink, pantry half the size shown, maybe make a larger walk-in closet. It is lovely. But, not practical for an elderly woman living alone: too many exit doors! Think of all the alarms you have to put in!!!!!

The porch, pantry and fireplace are definitely yes! I’m confused why the master bedroom didn’t have the bigger bathroom(separate shower and tub)I would switch that - otherwise; I love the house 👏👏
I like it but it IS small. I would definitely put a door of some kind on that front hall closet. It would be hard to have 6 people eating in that small dining area, but I guess usually you would only have 2-4 people there. Love the laundry room!
I have been looking for a long time, and I mean a loooong time; a house with the correct design to fullfill my needs and I just found it. It is just perfect. Congratulations. I can stop searching. from one to ten I give eleven.
Your designs are consistently getting more beautiful and visually appealing. A few thoughts: the carport should be wide enough for two cars, the dining room should have been slightly larger, I think I saw a door hanging randomly and not attached to anything, the large walk in closet should be tucked in some way or have a door - I wouldn't want to always be viewing a bunch of hanging clothes and other assorted things stacked up. Kudos for another great design.
If you were building this home, you could always alter it to your liking, such as making the carport bigger, or adding a pocket door in the bedroom to hide the closet. I would probably omit the door going from the dining room to the porch, thus giving you a little more space for a table. House plans can always be tweaked to meet a person's needs!! I love this design and always enjoy taking a tour just for the design elements inside the home. Also, what a cool looking carport cover! I haven't seen one like that before.
@@vicki8261 Yes, of course, you can build a house any way you want - just like an animation can be made any way the designer wants. I wasn't being critical so much as giving constructive ideas for improving the animations.
Love this one! And the living room window is just beautiful. 👌 Just a few small personal changes - I'd have a laundry trough where the ironing board is; no bathtub in the ensuite and a cavity sliding door to close the kitchen off from the hallway. Otherwise perfect. (Oh, and another cavilty sliding door to close the wardrobe off from the master bedroom!)
Oooohhh I do like this!❤❤❤❤ I would have it more minimal and modern decor and furnishings ( living room) but that’s just my personal preference. Beautiful house ❤
