Does anyone else’s box keep pausing/buffering ? It doesn’t say it’s buffering, it just keeps pausing for a few seconds to a minute then resumes. Some nights only a few times some nights for quite a few times.
Hello, Mine has worked for quite a while now. And then today I went to it and there’s a red light on the front of the box. Will expect that overtime to come back to be working? Please help! I can’t even get onto the home screen.

Having a problem where my store app doesn’t allow me to download blue tv or playback. There chats been having me wait over three hours hopefully they can fix my problem

We have a Superbox s4 and it was working great till about two weeks ago when football season came into regular season, Now we have sound issues constantly on VOD and Live TV. Any suggestions on how to fix? I have tried several trouble shooting methods but I cannot get back to the normal sound we had for several months after our purchase in May.
I’m not sure if mine is doing the same thing but mine has been working great for a couple months. Now all of a sudden when watching Live TV or VOD it’s almost like the video/stream is in slow motion and a little glitchy. It also makes the sound stutter and “pop or crack”. Is this what you’ve been experiencing? I can’t seem to fix it but I’m gonna try a factory reset when I get home from work.
@@Medina714 I ended up doing a factory reset on the unit. It did seem to help with the popping and cracking but I also haven’t used it in a few months now. I basically only use it to watch NFL games.
@VANESSA-yc9bz so i learnd that they have to be activated if u had it and it started happening out of nowhere they disconnected it if it jist always did it they need to activated

@@johncottrill4715What I have found that seems to work. I will give it about a 85 to 90% working probability. Do a total hard reset get back online with Wi-Fi logged in and activated then once you're online don't download any apps nothing like that then do a immediate hard reset again this time load everything up minus the apps that you're not going to use repeat don't download apps you're not going to readily use that's the ticket all of those apps slow down the box and a lot of them run in the background. Also make sure you have adequate Wi-Fi speed.
