As someone who feels a certain measure of guilt for not pressing the family to do something to deal with something that ultimately resulted in the death of a grandparent. Hindsight man, we can't blame ourselves, sometimes the consequences of our actions are so far outside of our control and cognition that it just becomes unreasonable to blame yourself. As harsh as it is, it's an inevitability that we simply don't account for in every individual action we take. We just gotta try are best, and maybe try a little harder if we get another opportunity. (I can tell my story if someone just wants to hear it, and if someone else feels like they can relate to this feeling, feel free to vent about your stories ig)
