Melhor do mundo, só que acho que essas entrevistas deveriam ser em português, levando em conta que é seu idioma nativo, porém creio que seja o patrocinador quem dá essa preferencia pelo inglês, mas pelo menos uma legenda deveria haver.
I am a huge fan of Buchecha, probably one of my favorite bjj athelete, but for me the real defender of the old school is Rodolfo Vieira of course next to Roger Gracie but let's skip him for now. If your a real fan you'll see when you Rodolfo's game style. While Buchecha does a lot of Lightweight weight movement also does inverted stuff specially if he's guard is passed, I am not sayings it's bad, actually it's the reason his probably the best bjj athlete right now because he's willing to adapt to new style of playing while being in the super heavy weight division.
+element00x It happens through trauma to ear. It could happen during wrestling or a shot to the ear. The injured ear builds fluid between cartilage and the skin ( much like swelling) and if you don't drain the ear constantly the liquid hardens to become cauliflower ears. Once it happens it opens up very easy so most people give up draining the fluid over time and you will see it on mm artists who train a lot.
You can get cauliflower ear from being struck in the ear or when it rubs against your opponent's Gi, their face/head, or the mat. I've been training BJJ for almost a year now and started developing cauliflower ear on my left ear.
This man is one of the best martial artist ever, such a good role model for anyone.

as far as catch style, it doesn't work all the positions that bjj works but is better at takedowns and was better at leglocks
