bruv there is a rule in snooker that is called free ball which is taken by your opponent when you hit a foul and your opponent cannot touch the ball.Now roonie played the yellow ball because he took it as a free ball. because trump gave him a foul which left him unable to strike the red ball. so hee took yellow as free ball. The snooker rules state that if you take a free ball for example pink you have to play black after that, if you take green you have to play brown after that here is why he played yellow and then the green ball. 🙃

Free ball. He is allowed to play any ball as a substitute for the red, and then follow it with a colour ball. So yellow and Green.
