Am I a horrible person for admitting I take a distinct pleasure in seeing guys like Strickland lose? On the other hand, he did redeem himself a bit with his genuine display of good sportsmanship when Efren pulled off his famous "Z" shot.
Both Efren and Earl are GOATS in the world of pool. Only casual fans know these two players. There’s many lesser known players that are highly regarded and respected by both of these players. This is just nine ball to, much harder disciplines in pool.

We could do without the attempt to make a story of confrontation and intrigue around Efren. All I see is friendly competition and comradery....as it should be. He speaks through his incredible talent.
What is so unfortunate is the fact that Efren has suck class, dignity and humility while playing. Strickland is like a 9 year old step child and throws tantrums and blames others and acts like a little child ALOT of times. Makes it unfortunate when representing your country in such a great event. Makes me want to root for Efren. You can’t expect people to be behind you when you act out in such childish and immature way.
