great question, orc is BiS for melee hunter - Troll is BiS for Ranged hunter Troll has most base agi on horde side (not 100% but i think +5 over orc) Night elf has most base agi on Alliance side (+9) - so NE is by far bis on Alliance for either
on AOE pulls i think you're right that could work as well! explosive shot is a better AOE than carve the majority of the time so you just wanna look at which does more dmg for you, fathomblade is a good wpn. - w/ aoe also comes risk of pulling agro and being in melee could be sus but does have advantage of not pulling targets out of the aoe especially if a mage is slowing.
Great video! Can you check somewhere if lone wolf is actually active… in retail they show a buff icon. How to know if it’s active now? I know I should trust the system.. but still, I just wanna know if it’s actually active or not :p
that's always true, anyone can play any spec to level infarct you could not use talents at all and just hard mode. - at the end of the day play the game the way you want to play, great comment.
they are all the same, so doesn't matter the only thing is you have to tame a Elder Mistvale Gorilla and learn thunderstomp rank 2, however once learned you can teach rank 2 to the other look types.
im not sure, that's a good question. when I went over this in the video it's more about using lone wolf + explosive + sniper training. - then at lvl 32 checking out gorilla and seeing how affective that is, then potentially making a switch off lone wolf to something else if gorilla is OP
Beast mastery Is just better for leveling, but you’re playing hunter so you can do Whatever you feel like while drinking beer and taking edibles ,and you’ll level all the same.
explosive shot is a better AOE than carve and is affective at 3+ mobs. so i'd go explosive shot, but keep in mind depending on how much your group pulls at once. a standard build could be more affectcive too. it all depends on how often you have a uptime of 3+ mobs.
good question, serpent spread is a pretty lackluster rune, but lets be real all the leg runes kinda are. each serpent spread does 32 dmg x3 is 96, assuming you get the full duration of all 3 stings, and you can use every 10 seconds. so Spread VS flanking u take the 96 x 3 and get 288 dmg vs a melee + pet dmg, so technically Spread could be better, but flanking strike can reset and crit so it's nothing worth IMO because it's hard to get full uptime on spread dmg so it typically nets less. espeically in AOE pulls you may only get one or two Spreads during the pull then all the mobs die or it may hit the 2nd time multi but all the mobs die immediatly after so they don't get sting dmg, etc. with all that being said on AOE pulls to begin with explosive w/ sniper trainig would be your technical bis so it really depends on your play style here. basically first are u running explosive? if yes go sniper training, if your running carve, flanking would be bis, but Spread is still viable on AOE and could overtake Flanking sometimes.@@MeowwKing
@@Naturetvz were melee cleave 2 hunt/feral/war/priest all full raid bis. I was gonna go BM, with lion/x/x initially I thought flanking+carve sincd catfury and fathomblade proc and then have the other hunter run MM spec with mastermarkman or lw/explo/???? Which is why I was asking runes. Our comp will be fighting 3 mobs constantly because multi shot+cleave Based on what you said tho the BM hunter will get more value from explo/BM rune then carve, even with fathomblade. That's also where my question of flanking vs spread. Im assuming the MM hunter will go spread just because of how fast we will be moving
@Naturetvz 28 seconds ago (edited) no i would not do that. I want to use Lone wolf and no pet for group AOE Farming. - then at lvl 32 I want to see how affective gorilla is and if it's more affective I would want to make a switch off wolf to potentially cobra strikes.

What’s your thoughts on race for hunter between orc and troll?
great question, orc is BiS for melee hunter - Troll is BiS for Ranged hunter
Troll has most base agi on horde side (not 100% but i think +5 over orc)
Night elf has most base agi on Alliance side (+9)

Im going to lvl as melee BM with the new melee runes(hopeful that they drop early on).
good luck since they made it so you cant really have fun with it since you cant really get them till 40 anyway
personally going to do Carve with Fathomblade, adding in Lone Wolf might be interesting.
on AOE pulls i think you're right that could work as well!

Everyone just know that you can do whatever you want. Will it take 2 hours longer to get to 40? Probably but just have fun you have tons of time
that's always true, anyone can play any spec to level infarct you could not use talents at all and just hard mode.

tries masse pull the boards in rfk with exp shot.worked well
great comment, yeah it's very affective atm!
what is the best gorilla?
they are all the same, so doesn't matter the only thing is you have to tame a Elder Mistvale Gorilla and learn thunderstomp rank 2, however once learned you can teach rank 2 to the other look types.
How is the Gorilla performing? Mostly viable in PvP?@@Naturetvz
@@Naturetvz cool, thx for info dude, keep it up
If only thunderstomp didn't have a 1m cd and can be resisted.
Does Lone Wolf get activated if your Pet dies? That would actually be such a funny Synergy for Pulls in Cleave-Grps xD

FULL BM !!!! fuck TSA, fuck melee weaving, idgaf! still going to parse good numbers!
Yeah I'm staying 100% ranged. I'm a Hunter ffs! I'd have rolled a rogue if I wanted to melee.
If you play lone wolf you might as well play warrior

I don't think you know what's going on. People are going marksman AoE build for leveling by grinding dungeons with an AoE group with mages.
For a melee cleave dungron group 2x hunter/feral/priest(homo)/war. Carve or explosive for the lion bm hunter(have fathomblade)
