70s- 90s had the Most original dance moves, hairstyles and Definitely clothes.😊
The 70’s were my vibe. Glad we can watch here on RUclips.
I can easily imagine Thelma from Good Times and some of her girlfriends dancing to that music.
The 00's were brutal!
I love it❤❤❤Beautiful Black Queens!!! I remember when I was in junior high school, and I had a auntie named Maggie. She had the large Afro. Wore the Candy high heel sandals. Had the Red lights in her apartment, ❤❤❤ Maggie was the coolest aunt!❤️❤️❤️
Blessed day to you.
The late 80s/Early 90s is my favorite era. The New Jack Swing/House Music Era was fire 🔥🔥🔥🔥
This is 70’s 80’s
Come home Soul Train 🚆
70's was Damita Jo Freeman all day! Where she at???
They're all beautiful, but I'll choose the style and grace of the 70s women any day.
I didn't know my homegirl Popping- Pandora was on soul train!!! Also my other homegirl light complexion with curly hair that used to break n freestyle!! Ohhhh! I was on there 97-98 . Sooo cool to be on the dance floor of The train!!! 😎🔥🔥🔥
Gorgeous dancing Queens
I love how Beautiful & natural looking the sistas were back then OMG all the brothas around that time were so damn lucky.
Love it just saw Patricia love her❤
Fantastic! ✨💯
Sooo fabulous 🤩
Maybe it's me, but the ladies were worse dancers in the 2000s compared to the ladies in the 70s, 80s, and 90s 😅
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Where did those days go music was music then those are the days I want to always remember
Yes we did with music to dance too and real skilled singers
Where are some of the soul train women dancings today. peace and soul.❤😂🎉🎉🎉🎉
Love it!!! ❤❤❤
OMG, the coolest!!!!!!!
70s/early 80s. ST will remain iconic as a Black-themed marker of American culture. Lots of cultural inferences can be made just from the shifts in music, dress and dance. Man, the women sure seemed to bare more skin and dance like… And, R&B/Soul essentially disappeared from the format. I read Cornelius fought that as long as could, for obvious reasons.
✌🏽
No internet, more individuality, more freedom to speak freely, purity, and unpolluted by the internet trolls. People back then just look happier and enjoy more than today being shamed by the internet trolls.
AGREED. Also people were fit and trim back then,it was of course the dancing for the ST dancers. I also think people back then did more sports activities outside, instead of being glued to social media/internet. In which you sit on your behind a lot. LOL.
I still do it LOL
Can y'all sync the music please?
The girl dancing on the left at 3:34/4:09 is she on Facebook or Instagram? She was one favorite dancers on the show.
The two dancers at 2:45/4:09 are they both on Facebook or Instagram?
Who’s the girl dancing at 3:11/4:09 is she on Facebook or Instagram? She was one of my favorite soul train dancers.
I would love to see a update on Misa
The video clips of the individual dancers are too short!
Very nice!!! @Soul Train can you do a ST Line video with JUST ladies from 2000s?
Where is Rosie Perez?
Where are the Good Girls?
Why did put wrong music in the video ??? 😕 finally is 90's , messed up the whole purpose , brahh
Why this music choice?
I don't care what people says I love the 2000s
How beautiful, classy, sophisticated black women used to be back in the days, compared to these BT 1000 that we have out here today.
Wrong songs most don't fit the dances
Wait. Wait. Wait. How can you not include Rosie Perez? Thee most famous soul train dancer... Stop it... Boo
