Love that hammock!! Great memories of being in the hammocks in the backyard. On the right side of backyard we had a small grove of locusts trees that went down a hill. Over time there were some that were just the right distance apart for the hammocks. Awesome to lay in the hammock and read in the shade of those tall trees. Looking up and watching the leaves 🍃 as the dappled sunshine filtered down through the leaves. 🌿🌿🌿 Only time we didn't have them up was when the seven year locusts were out. You didn't want any cyacada divebomping you.

Everytime I see the boys playing so well together, I think about what an amazing surprise it was to find out Calvin was on his way. A true blessing indeed - those two were meant to be together. :)

Just cut it short! Hair grows back and you're a beautiful lady with long, short or no hair at all. I had long hair and decided to cut it to my chin in February and it's already at my shoulders in length. It grows back in no time at all. Do you Ellie. 🤗

Ellie looked gorgeous in today's vlog (as she does every day.) I regret cutting my hair. It grew so long while pregnant, then of course I got sick of it after giving birth and I regretted it instantly. But I have crazy wavy, thick hair. It's so unruly. It just doesn't look right short. But I think Ellie can pull off any hairstyle with the right care. But you're right, it takes years to grow back if you go really short. Either way, you'll look fabulous!

I was having the same problem as you and didn't know if I should cut my hair or not but I finally decided to go for it and cut it just above my shoulders- shorter than I ever have gone before and I love it so much!

Cut it Ellie!! It is hair, it does grow back. Over rated I've learned if you have the itch to cut you will not love your hair long until you cut it and get a change of pace. Longer hair is more work and if you want to simplify life go shorter. I've been following Lee Ritter on instagram and he does the cutest shoulder length cuts. Check him out.. it will inspire!! 🙂

Ellie.....I too am a hair stylist. I owned a salon for many years. It's my opinion you should cut your hair ! Most women who make appts to cut usually chicken out once they get in the chair. After a few times they FINALLY do it and then LOVE it and wish they'd done it much sooner. I say cut it off and then let it grow out the rest of the summer !! GO FOR IT !!! It's hair, it grows back.
