Dear Ellie and Jared, You are going to get a lot of negative comments about the whole stress issue. Please do not take it personally. Many people are going through life watching your vlogs with a lot of major stress of their own. Sick children, joblessness, cancer, etc...and they just cannot equate their stress with yours at this very moment. They are hurting and lashing out. Then there are the people who compare you, us, everyone in the USA with third world countries. But God does not even do that! He understands that we feel things according to where we live in as small an area as our own neighborhood, not another continent away! He is very aware that we are HUMAN. So the fact that you are open about the work you put into your marriage makes me relaxed and appreciate you two so much more.

Hey E+J! Today's vlog was really good for me. thank you. my parents just got divorced and it's been really hard for my family. i'm 16 and i'm the oldest with a younger brother and sister. I sometimes worry that I won't be able to have successful relationships in my future and my therapist has told me that i'm going to have to work extra hard at it since i haven't grown up seeing a great relationship between my parents. so i do worry about myself sometimes in that sense. but you guys are huge role models to me and i take everything you say about working at relationships really close to my heart. you guys are a big part of shaping how i interact with others in a positive way and it's really helped me. I can be passive aggressive so easily and being 2 weeks postpartum I have been trying so hard to vocalize my feelings and expectations so that my husband and I can do our best to not argue and just enjoy ourselves and this season.

If it's going to be crazy in Utah, I don't even want to begin thinking about how crazy it will be here in Oregon. Plus I work at our local Burger King, and that's not going to be fun at all :/

Hey everyone! Long time ellie and jared fan here :) Just decided to start a channel to document my 2 year old daughters medical journey. She's had 5 brain surgeries, and we just moved 600 miles away from all of our friends and family!
Ellie and Jared thank you so much! We are on such a crazy journey but we have faith our miracle girl will pull through! I followed along with Ellie's pregnancy as I was pregnant with my daughter , Paisley.
The last total eclipse that was visible in the United States was March 1970, it went across North Florida and up the East Coast. I was 10 that year and we were at a skating rink (I grew up in Massachusetts) and everyone went outside with our glasses to watch the eclipse.
Some people may not like this post, I know. However, it is absolutely heartbreaking to me to see so many negative and downright mean comments on this video. I know for a fact that it was not too many vlogs ago that Jared encouraged us to all be kind and considerate of one another. We never really know what other people are going through. Ellie and Jared graciously share a small glimpse of their day with us and I know it has to take so much courage to be open, honest, and vulnerable to such a huge number of followers and viewers.
Today would be the last day of her tww if she tries this month. I hope she does. I lost a baby 3 years ago and what she shares is so inspirational. Even if you lose a baby, that baby was here for a reason. It changes you for the better even if you dont realize it. Every life should be celebrated.
So cool that you are going to see the eclipse. I live in Louisville, Kentucky where we will reach 96% totality. My cousins live about 120 miles to the west of me where they will reach 100%. If I so choose I can visit them but I think I'll just stay home and watch the coverage on TV.

Today would be the last day of her tww if she tries this month. I hope she does. I lost a baby 3 years ago and what she shares is so inspirational. Even if you lose a baby, that baby was here for a reason. It changes you for the better even if you dont realize it. Every life should be celebrated.

So cool that you are going to see the eclipse. I live in Louisville, Kentucky where we will reach 96% totality. My cousins live about 120 miles to the west of me where they will reach 100%. If I so choose I can visit them but I think I'll just stay home and watch the coverage on TV.
