To all the comments about the battered woman…PLEASE KNOW that woman that are murdered by their partner is usually within 6 months of the woman leaving! As you know many partners (usually men)kill the children as well and sometimes commit suicide. The statistics are out there. It’s a very difficult choice to leave as you have been emotionally, psychologically, and physically abused for so long AND everyone thinks he’s a great guy so loving to his family at church, kids activities, etc. BASED on the above the women thinks if she could only be a little better he will stop!! Let's also not forget the number of proven abusers who get custody in family court. My children were physically safer before the divorce. Family court did not give a damn that he was abusive, or that our kids were scared of him, because if I wasn't scared of him, they wouldn't be either. Then he choked our son, left marks all over them, and CPS (investigating on reports made by daycare or therapist) acknowledged the literal actions happened, but never did anything because he hadn't maimed or killed them, and chalk EVERYTHING up to family court problems... #CourtLicensedAbuse

I understand many victims want to help out their abusers, but it makes me so angry with women who expose their children to it. Screw up your own life after the kids are grown and gone. They never deserve that!
It really is sad because our society makes a lot of women feel they are nothing without a man, so they'll put up with the shittiest treatment from men in order to not be alone. I wasn't raised that way nor was my grandmother who was born in 1896 that way so I come from a line of long lived strong women. I guess everybody doesn't but I just can't imagine growing up in a home of weak willed women
They also sometimes fear the man will hurt or kill them or the kids. A lot of the amber alerts you get on your phone are kidnapped kids by separated parents.

I love it! My husband was on the phone with his brother in Pakistan. His brother could hear my video and asked "what the hell was I watching and since when did I start watching Indian/Paki TV?" 😂
Agreed. I'm sympathetic to abuse victims but I'm more sympathetic to the children. Those children should be taken away and not given back until he is gone. If she lets him back she should be charged with endangerment or neglect or something and have them removed again.
@@stephwiller9089 i don’t disagree; however, the problem is that sometimes the people with whom they are placed also victimize the children - while getting paid by the government. A recent case in point: the Turpin children from California were justly removed from their parents’ custody after being subjected to years of abuse. Unfortunately, some of the children were subsequently placed with a foster family where the adults subjected them to further mental, physical, and sexual abuse. Don’t get me wrong - I know most foster parents legitimately want to provide a safe haven for children removed from a toxic family environment.Regrettably, I also know that those foster parents who would prey on already vulnerable children aren’t identified nearly enough.
Judge Bryant would have made Mr. Schwartz to sit up straight! It’s ridiculous how he’s laying back and rocking in his chair, that’s indifferent attitude attitude 🤬
Well that was interesting! Sad that Ms. Akers is not only not cooperating with the prosecution but actually working against the prosecution by colluding with her alleged abuser. It's unfortunate that DV victims defend their abusers and apparently have such little self-esteem and sense of self-worth that they don't realize that they deserve better. Like she's fixing to be arrested for contempt to defend someone who allegedly strangled her. Ma'am...this guy's not worth going to jail to protect.
this is a symptom of someone deeply entrenched and frightened by their abuser. She believes that by going against him, she will become a target. The prosecution and defense are well aware of this, as is the judge. Takes time for a victim to acknowledge this. On average an abused person will return to their abuser about 6 times before they leave for good. Sad but true :(
Yeah. Also sad that her fear of retaliation is opening her up to being arrested, but I'm not sure what other choice they have. I can't imagine the judge or Debbie are relishing the prospect of arresting a victim, but it seems their hands are tied.
So to fix it the state bullies her and her entire family? There's gotta be a better way, especially with how police treat victims and offenders and innocent civilians alike, terribly. Now she's recanted her testimony and the state gets mad and makes a huge mess cause she won't do what they want. It's ridiculous.
You gotta be from the south, Alabama or Georgia maybe??...by the term "fixing to"..my family live in Florida, Alabama, South Carolina and Georgia....it's a term they all use...I've gotten away from the term ,moved north 40 yrs ago...I chuckle when ever I hear, "fix'n too" 😆.love it.

I pray those children go with someone who truly loves them and cares about them. DV is beyond heartbreaking in its own self…. But for a mother to put her children in harms way over a dude, them giving those children PTSD from all the DV that happens in front of them , and not getting out for THOSE CHILDREN is so incredibly heart breaking and messed up. Put your children first and their well being!!!! I can’t wait to see what happens next week if she ever shows up, or if she continues to run from the warrant.
My sister allows her husband to treat one of her kids like complete dog shit. I got divorced for that reason. My sister stays. I have no idea how a mother could allow that!! My niece has severe mental issues because of his emotional abuse.

I lived in Puerto Rico for almost four years, stationed there in the Navy. By no means do all speak English. Almost all who did not would smile in a friendly way, and go and find someone they knew who did speak English. Personally, I'd say go there rather than the Bahamas, as there's much to do besides the most famous place there, the capitol, San Juan. And again, many friendly folks. Beware of the two costs, tho - locals pay less than tourists. So when you have some local friends there, pay them to get stuff if you budget is pretty tight.

I gotta say, I sure wouldn't want to do against Debbie in court. She is so calm. cool and collected.. she's a sharp lady.
This defense atty sounds so karen.. her justify the accident as he was the one hurt worse.. Holy cow. 🤦🏼♀️
The domestic violence case.. what a mess. If the man
I love it! My husband was on the phone with his brother in Pakistan. His brother could hear my video and asked "what the hell was I watching and since when did I start watching Indian/Paki TV?" 😂
Thank you to whoever gifted me the membership! Your generosity is appreciated ❤
I love this channel! I tell everyone to join your channel!
2:11:56 his "u feel me" is killing me softly 😭😭😭 was he also saying hell no earlier 😵💫😶🫠
I am very surprised the children have not been taken into care. It’s a toxic environment.
Kind of hard to when they run away. Who gives their child 2 thousand dollars.
The chats from the live are some of the best things on the internet. Denny Crane...
My longest time Mike!
Merry Christmas MikeLaw
Soooo we are supposed to believe that crackhead over the car's "black box?" Yeah...suuuure.
U feel me? 😵💫😶🫠😹🤦🏿♀️
Does the device only record driving info for the vehicle or does it also record traveling info for vessels? Asking for a free man on the land
45:35 This chat comment from “pink candy” was too damn funny! Being from Canada, I believe I have a more appropriate product to name “Mikes Screaming Goat”. In our province of Newfoundland, they make a form of rum (some forms made are close to moonshine), called Screech. So what better product than Screech to get that name? 🤣
“Mike’s Screeming Goat Screech Rum”.
(yes, screaming spelt that way on purpose)
Now seriously, who wouldn’t be all over that? Certainly all of the LTWM lovers! Lol 🤠👍🏼☮️
You are killing me Bigen today 😂😂😂😂
1:59:10 It was at this point I audibly laughed and now all my co-workers know what I’m listening to while typing!
Thank You for movie clips!!!
The girl really doesn’t want to testify! For real 😧
"Jenny doesnt like what is being said." TOO bad- they are trying to save you and your children. Have your back Mike. We all thought he was guilty. He is guilty still for other stuff.
Love you brother.
Anna Moltz has written some very good books re cases such as this eg ‘Invisible Trauma. Women, Difference and the Criminal Justice System’, and ‘Toxic Couples’
This judge isn’t just handing down decisions, he’s throwing down decisions, like The Tablets. This rocks.
36 stitches seems quite a lot she seems to be playing down her injury
If you can get Yesenia to say Pre-triallllll for us I bet Judge Manning would love it too!!! OMG, I just Googled it, screaming goat ringtone is a thing 🐐😂
You might spoil Yesenia, but I suspect it is at least in part because she is the glue that keeps everything together. Right? 😂
Unimportant point: People need to learn to position the camera somewhere other than pointed directly at their chins from below. Some perspectives are disturbing.
I could not stop laughing at that Indian judge. The way he was throwing those files...😂
Plus, I'm trying hard not to get one of those screaming goats, but they are just so funny
Hope you and your family have a screaming great Christmas Mike 🎅
Why do they speak English???
New merch quote, "What is the point?" - Justice Shyam 🤣🤣
Damn this was a year ago..I’m so happy YT recommended this video to me..Great way to start my Saturday 🤣🤣🤣
11:54 she is amending the charge sheet to include possession of Oxycodone but it falls under the laws pertaining to "Analog's" (copies with a different chemical signature but have the same effect) in case anyone was interested.
This girl acts like oh just a little boo-boo nothing big . ? She was airlifted ? Yeah she is not wanting to be there !
So annoying when people answer yes/no questions with I did/didn't , I was/wasn't and etc. Yes/No is easier to distinguish and has less words.
Judge number two. Is literally falling asleep. His eyes are going to every side they can. 😂 he’s cracking me up.
❤thank you to whoever gifted me a membership today❤ you’re awesome!
I wonder if Debbie internally knows when the goat is screaming…..
Isn’t Indian court modeled after British system?
You need to go visit Debbie and little Mikey on the farm in Colon. I'm sure you would like to finally meet Judge Middleton as well. You made him famous with in Law tube after all.
Simultaneously sounding melodic and angry
.. ❤😂
People have dash cams front and back in 🇬🇧 bc insurance is cheaper if they have them . Even in old cars .
The Indian accented legal jargon had a trance-like effect on me & was putting me to sleep... like the sound of football on tv after Thanksgiving dinner... or the sound of late night radio as a passenger while on a road trip
The testing procedure for Dui , on roadside should be scrapped , if they blow over take them straight away for a proper breathalyser or blood test .
Reading the transcript along with the video is somewhat hilarious with all the typos!! "Three of herself" instead of "Three Rivers Health"!!😊
She is telling a lie right there. She did say her cousin was involved in accident earlier.
31:27 😮 Bad bad Mike!!! Judge Middleton isn’t THAT old! 😂
Well I’m right there with him😂
I he hand crank kept knocking the module off. Lol
i would really love to see this Indan judge do american sov-cit trials, that would be a hoot
"You're throwing out a bunch of word salad and ridiculous legal theories, and it's making our job a little bit difficult." 😂
LMAO!!! I’m guessing that the judge in India has had his fill of BS! 😂😂 Of course, I feel bad for the clerk he’s throwing those files at!! 🤣🤣
That was the court version of a mic drop 😂😂😂
Hey, I'm a certified reconstructionist. I got certified in the Air Force.
I'm still trying to find my wife's murderer...but nobody wants to do it😂😅
Mike you either have t lower your mic or boost the video audio because any sound you make when you talk or laugh about blows my ear drums due to you being so loud compared to the video!
29:27 Seems like the defendants lawyer was doing a better job proving the prosecutors case. She asked questions that all but verified the data 100% accurate. What’s that lawyers rule?… “never ask a question you don’t already know the answer to”. She totally forgot that!
It is still called Bronson Methodist Hospital. Since they bought up battle creek and paw paw hospital they just have more satellite hospitals. Oddly enough I'm a nurse there at Bronson Methodist.
Did I hear Debbie says that lady witness in the car crash speaks Puerto Rican? Haha. I had to google it to verify, THERES NO SUCH LANGAUGE!
Good evening Mike.
He said he expected it === Well , I guess they didn't want to disappoint him 😅🤣😂🙃😜🤗
