- 0:7:20 Meditation start. A meditation for 11 minutes. To balance the ego. It is the ego within you that resists changing and evolving to higher consciousness, since every real change is experienced as a death. Change makes the ego insecure as it is finite not limitless like your Soul.
Thus the emotions become constant and the mind becomes divine.
To be done at the two weak points of the day, when negativity may triumph : approximately 3 hours after sunrise and at sunset. Especially helpful in the evening, when you can become lonely and restless.
If you watch TV at night, you can't get up in the morning, it takes away all your energy.
Evening is a time of peace and rest. Give your evenings to happiness on Earth.

i dont know are you teacher or know someone to ask, but im getting very disturbing dreams. what does it mean and perhaps that kriya is not for me
