Thank you for layering. Best idea because in all the other videos just one layer is done. When you get to the middle it is dry. By layering the sugared dough chunks the middle is just as moist as the top. Yummy.

Can you help me? Three times recently we have tried making Monkey Bread, only to have 70% of each "pull apart" being done, while the remaining 30% is not baked through completely. We have tried, making the 'pull apart" smaller, using a different bunt pan, higher temp, longer baking time, but nothing works. Try dipping the dough in the butter first before the cinnamon and sugar. It adheres better

I always put my mixture in a freezer bag and then put the dough in there and shake well. It's a little less messy and easier to coat.
