How do you get a crunchy top to lemon squares? My gram used to make me some and they were amazing! Having a hard time finding the crunchy top lemon square recipe tho!😔

I cant stand mayonnaise but i love tuna fish, egg salad,and potAtoe salad.
Dip your knife into hot water. Dry the knife then cut. You will have a clean cut every time. Blessings
