Yum, liver. It wasn't until the late 90's, born in 1956, that I learned my mother used to run the largest health food store in Glasow, Scotland in the early '50s. It was like a forehead smack moment. She forced a bloody healthy diet on us. Porridge and maybe a soft poached egg on toast for breakfast. Sometimes with fruit if we had it. Brown or home baked bread...no white. Lot's of soups, stews, beans, barley, nuts and seeds, wild fish caught by us, and more...even cod liver oil. It was a staple. Thanks mom. I wouldn't be so healthy today with zero health issues at almost 68 if not for her. When they tried to teach me the food pyramid in school I didn't bite.

I mix everything in a soup bowl that holds 3 cups or 750 ml.
Gelatin powder 2 tblspns, cinnamon 1 tspn, turmeric 1 tspn, black pepper 1 pinch, nutritional yeast 1 tblspn, raw Cacao powder 2 tblspn, chia seeds 2 tblspns, ACV 2 tblspn, 1 lemon squeezed juice, honey 1 tblspn, green tea 1 small cup. I piece of fruit chopped small (banana, peach, grapes etc. I like soft fruit)
Put chia seeds in a separate cup, add small amount water, stir and let soften 10 mins.
Make green tea in a separate cup and let draw 5 -10 minutes.
Mix the dry ingredients in bowl, add some water, keep mixing, add acv and lemon juice, add water as required, add honey then hot green tea to dissolve, mix, add fruit, add chia seeds and mix well. Top up bowl with water as required. Put in fridge to set, it takes about 90 minutes, overnight is good too and gets quite firm.
Try not to spill the mixture, it's sticky! Jello is traditionally made using hot water, I use cold water and hot tea and the jello always sets ok. Enjoy, it's great for sore knees as well as skin.

YEAH. and I made my own creamer, no sugar or additives, only cinnamon, using a plant based milk. A small milestone, but huge for me! I'll watch her video on how to make a syrup for keto pancakes.

There comes a time when you need to grow up, and stop thinking that every bite of food you put in your body is supposed to be a party, "because you deserve it".
These two do not taste good-first try-but after a few weeks, you body recognizes how good they are for you, and you start liking it:
Cod Liver Oil(Norwegian IS the best), right out of the bottle.
Beef/Ox liver, the only true superfood, does not have to be raw, does not have to be fried grey. Try "medium rare".
If you still are acting like a baby, and can't eat all kinds of food, slice them up in "pill size" and just swallow raw with some water with a meal.
50-80grams lightly fried beef liver 1-4 times a week should be enough; more than that might not be good for you.
These two contain A LOT of vitamin A, beef liver so much you should not over-consume it.
That is a warning, too much Vitamin A is not good for you, but from food you can tolerate more than from pill form of Vita A.
