  • Came across a Front Sprocket that would not budge. Every possible solution failed. We needed an impact wrench anyway so purchased the Milwaukee.
The right tool for the job.

I’m having issues getting mine off. And I only have 3/8 drive impact. Going to borrow my friends half inch impact gun today. Hope all goes well.

Have you considered that the nut is heat treated, By heating it up you may have changed it's tensile strength ? Did you replace the nut with a new one ? Also make sure the bike is in a high gear to prevent the chain/tyre from spinning.

That nut will tighten as you drive if you dont have a lock/folding washer under it.
