    Surprised you chose not to work with a physiotherapist on this series, is there a reason why?

    12 months after knee replacement and still have problems going up and down stairs. What exercise should I be doing??

      joan turnbull Joan .... just had tkr three weeks ago and don’t have any issues going up stairs. I’m 75 years old and am not trying to discourage you but I have a question .... did you go through any professional rehab. I’m just trying to help you understand the importance of rehab. You have to push yourself. Those tendons and muscles went through a lot of stress and they need to be stretched to regain mobility and strength. Hope this help get you inspired. Get to rehab. Take care
