These tips are gold, especially for us introverts! Started incorporating video essays on my art channel and boosting them with captions and bio ideas from boost app social. It really takes the content to the next level!
@@VeryPrivateGallery Thanks for the advice. My videos are actually a lot shorter than they used to be. I find my earlier videos a bit too drawn out and boring to be honest. It's all good though, I stopped being mentally invested in youtube months ago. That's how I'm free to make jokes like I did in my original comment. It's a great feeling not caring anymore. Also I'm having way too much fun on instagram at the moment. I'm finding so many new and inspiring artists over there. I've gained more followers on instagram in three days, than I got in a year on youtube. Plus I don't have to film the process of making the art or edit videos either. I'm glad I tried the youtube thing out because I learned so much, but I think instagram is where I really enjoy showing my work. I'm still going to make youtube videos though, but in my own time, without any pressure or stress.
I can’t show face because I’m camera shy, I’m born with a disability and too many bad judgmental people and it has something to do with being safe. I don’t talk because I can’t pronounce things wells and people judge still. People want others to go to collage but you don’t need college be a artist and art is not perfect. I don’t do speed painting and your suppose to take time painting like do not rush thing.I still have 39 subscribers but trying to get higher like 5,000k likes ,views and subscribers. Being born with microcephaly similar to aurtisum is not easy . There are many evil and ignorant people out there will say evil mean things and criticize you in a mean way when they say it’s nice but it’s not . Is there other way to get peoples attention.
@@pocahontasseguinart7099 Hey, yes it is possible to get people’s attention! Do you know the channel Special Books by Special Kids? They feature people with physical and emotional disabilities. And they are rocking it! You can integrate a friend or a family member in your video, like making voice overs or things like that. You don’t have to do it alone!
@@pocahontasseguinart7099 I have no idea how to get attention on this site, they don't show my videos to anyone. They remove likes and even dislikes from my videos. If I give my videos a popular title they don't show up in search. And it's total luck if my comments even show up, I have to switch account after every comment, just to make sure if it went through at all. I wish you the best though and good luck with your channel.
This is right up my alley. Thanks for addressing this issue. I am very self-conscious and am terrible in front of the camera. I also have tremendous stage-fright and don't do well in front of large groups of people. Speech and acting classes were a real struggle for me in college.
I can totally relate! As a first grader, I was kicked out of my school’s dancing class (extra curricular activities) because of my uncoordinated movements and I ended up hating the stage. I didn’t even have a chance to be on it. But I realized one thing: I can’t recite or read other people’s scripts, but I can do my own. If I have a message I want to transmit, I can do it. Like if I am to speak on a riot, I probably could (given that I started the riot).
I'm trying to do a face-less art channel as well, but i feel like they're less engaging so you have to make sure the art is extra good or the quality of the video is good, which is also hard for me. So idk, this video was very informative. Though, I still might choose to show myself every once in a while.
Omg the amount of second guesses I’ve had if I should show my face/voice online 😭 I’ve always just felt like I can’t do ANYTHING on my channel without showing my face which sounds stupid because my main theme on my channel is showing my art 💀 I’m only 12 years old though, so I feel like I should manage my privacy more responsibly as there are creeps online mainly towards young girls (such as me). If anyone has any tips or ideas please reply 🫶
Well personally i wouldn't do it so early in the journey.. maybe after racking up a following that you feel comfortable in revealing your face, then maybe so. Since you're still young, i would say keep posting your art to youtube as like a hobby or however you are doing it right now and not reveal you face and continue going through life as you are until like maybe 16, 18 even. But then again, do what is right for you, taking into consideration the factors and accepting all that comes with it. Hell, if you do then maybe some people might be inspired to follow along your footsteps and start their art journey in such way all because you decided to be courageous enough to do it. If you do however, just make sure you have trusted people on your side because now more than ever, there are more crazy people, creeps, and people who shouldn't even be allow access to the internet. Anyways, i wish you the best of luck and have fun doing so. Take it easy
Marilyn Monroe didn’t like her hairline either but you are both beautiful! 🌸🦋✨And thank you I’m wondering the best way to start my channel and taking notes. 📝
Great video tutorial. Glad I found you. I created a 13 minute compilation of my paintings and illustrations, with music on my mac computer in 2021. It's like a movie with animation and I have never shown it to a mass audience. I want to create a You Tube Channel to launch this movie about my art. But I want to grab people's interest immediately and begin with the movie, which ends with credits. What do you suggest? Should I open it with my face talking about what I am about to present? Should I end with my face talking about what I have just presented, or go faceless and not talk at all?
Good point! But it takes some extra time in your workflow. Luckily the newest AC model I installed last summer is very silent. I could barely hear it from my recordings.
Yes you can use AI generated voice based on samples of your own voice. I haven’t tired because I like the old fashioned way, but I think it’s easier than recording each time.
@@PokemonDrawwithpikaInkStudio16 I would recommend making either RUclipsr Shorts and/or long-form videos... any length in between is a bit awkward nowadays!
Hi am trying to do some faceless videos but am afraid after all the hard work don't get much money from youtube so is it worth it and how much can i get?
This is funny, but I actually have an opposite problem: I would like to show my face, but I feel like there is no good reason for it :D I feel like I HAVE to stay faceless, because otherwise I'm drawing attention away from my art.
Thanks for sharing your experience! You are an essential part of your art. Even if people pay attention to your face, they’d always remember that you are the person behind for the works. If they pay too much attention, then you can leverage the way you look and promote your art 😉
I have a question for you, how do I record art videos for long sessions? My camera only lasts 30 minutes before the battery dies and then I have to wait for it to recharge to start again!
Haha it happens to me too! For the battery life, you can buy a dummy battery that goes into a wall plug. Most cameras support dummy batteries. But most cameras also have a limitation of 30 mins recording time (e.g Canon, Panasonic). You can use a HD or 4K webcam if you have one around.
This video is again a very good work. Thank You so much for it. Can I ask from You something? Can You please make a video about criptoart, nft, how to do it, is it good, or not and what is Your opinion about it? Thank You!
Just a suggestion but the artist @tenhun has an excellent educational video about nfts ! If you can't find it let me know and I'll try to find the link🌻
I don't care to be in front of the camera. Just never have. Tho unfortunately I look like Johnny Depp or other famous people, always told... I was asked to dress up as Jack Sparrow. So I am seen and have to act. Halloween was part of this and then aside from everything else I paint artwise, I started body painting events as Jack Sparrow. People love it. if you want your AC on but don't want your mic to pick it up you can always use a free software called audacity to take out the background noise.
