And yes he has an accent, but living THAT close to Mexico and being raised by Mexicans, probably having a ton of Mexican friends with similar accents, that's definitely not a surprise.

I was right on 8/8. the girl in green blew her cover by say “I know YOU ALL like sugar” otherwise I probably wouldn’t have guessed that. I could tell right away with Liza because of how she dressed and her name. I was suspicious off the bat with the bigger cities such as Queens and LA and less suspicious of the guys from Texas and Ohio. This was fun and super frustrating at the same time because it embarrassed Americans even though there are people (17 year old me) who seem to know more about how to identify an American than these guys
Usa just haven't had enough time to really create a culture. Especially because all "Americans" are just Mexican, Swedish, German, English, Irish, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Cameroon, Nigerian etc.

I dont know what i reacted to initially because the person above changed their comment, but my claims still stand: culture can only be achieved by time and when it is unforced. Otherwise you and up with the idea that your (gun)laws and stolen cuisines is culture. The burger is from Hamburg, the pizza from Italy, the taco from Mexico and French fries are, well, French (or Belgian for that matter), every toddler knows that. It takes a very long time for such iconic dishes to be born, and when there is higher demand for patriotic foods than there is supply, the market will do what the market does best and that is bending the truth to make its value as high as possible. Its really not rocket science.

One thing: people think Americans don't have accents (even they themselves) but literally every single way anyone speaks a language is an accent, I wouldn't be one if that was how the entire world spoke English.
