@@unibomber6246 "But most are not Argentina people" Sorry so blonde people cant be argentinian? I am from Mexico, but do not have the typical physical appearances of one. 😅 I’m more of a light skinned Mexican almost on the white side with light brown eyes. My parents are both Mexican and my maternal grandparents, and great grandparents were all born in Mexico and all looked very indigenous since they were from Jalisco. My mom looks like a normal Mexican woman. She didn’t get a lot of indigenous looking genes from my grandparents. I think it’s because my grandfather is also very light skinned and tall. My dad, though, he’s a different story. Although he was born in Mexico City, his dad was from El Salvador. Short guy with very indigenous factions based on what my mom and dad told me about him. He passed away before I was born and I’m 36. My grandma, on my dad’s side, was a very light skinned woman and that’s because her parents (my great grandparents) were from somewhere in Spain. So I think that’s where the light skin comes from. My girlfriend was born in Cali, Colombia but was raised and grew up in Puerto Rico. When we first met, she thought I was German 😅🤣🤭😝because of how I’d speak English and would conduct myself and also my appearance. One thing I can tell you is that it’s been an amazing journey with my beautiful girlfriend to learn about our cultures together and words and slang and things like that. My girlfriend can speak in both Colombian or Puerto Rican accent, but there are times that she says so many words in Mexican that I say or hears other say and it’s super cute. I also borrow some of her slang and use it when I talk to her to make it easier for her to understand me. Being a Latino or Hispanic truly is a blessing. I’ve got friends from all over the a American continent and even Spain. Once we get past the slang, almost all words are easy to understand in conversations. Trust me, have heard colombians, argentinians or even people from Brazil with really strong accents. And I am telling you as a Peruvian from the south who learnt to speak English as an adult.
i've been to argentina and they ldont look eather very white nor tall at all, The argentinian girl represents very well what the majority of the argentinians looks like
What do you mean by "they don't look very white" either you are white or you are not. And regarding height, on average, Argentines are the tallest in Latin America.
As a half Cuban half Portuguese girl, I immediately guessed which one is Cuban just by looking at her face! 🤍 Also, the way Julia (the Brazilian girl) pronounced Google just gave it away lol
I’m Argentinian myself but I must correct Maggie because this is why everyone thinks we’re full of ourselves: the man who invented the ballpoint pen was Hungarian and LATER relocated to South America and fingerprint analysis was developed all over the world... as far as I’ve researched it started in the UK. Ivan Vučetić is who Maggie is probably crediting with the invention. He was a naturalized Argentine but he was born in the Austrian Empire (in what is currently Croatia):S sooooo.... no, not really inventions by people from Argentina, as much as it pains me to admit :( true fact tho: Argentina was indeed the first country to implement a national fingerprint registry so that’s cool :)
But it doesn't matter, if he was Argentinian then he was from Argentina, it doesn't matter if he was naturalized. I mean Tesla was Serbian but many people in the US consider him an american inventor and national hero. Because countries like the US, Argentina, etc, are countries of immigrants, most of the population comes from other native ethnic groups.

As you said, people in their ignorance try to make you choose based on how you look and what is comfortable for them not knowing that identity is much more than just a skin shade.

Her thoughts on Argentina looks was interesting since actually they don't have blonde hair most have dark hair so i think that confused me 🤔
yeahh its definitely a myth, most argentineans do have dark hair
Normally little kids have blonde hair and later their hair become dirty blonde/brown/black as they grow up and we got natural blonde hair people too specially in the south of the country.
My sister was born with blonde hair and later becoming black hair.
@@franciscovilcheavila960ok but most are not Argentina people you see have dark hair other latin countries some have red or blonde to it doesn't mean most of them do
it depends on the region, in my province there's quite a lot of blonde people. Most people have dark hair, but I guess there's more blonde people than people expect from South America
@@unibomber6246 "But most are not Argentina people" Sorry so blonde people cant be argentinian?
The majority of argentinians have black and brown hair but that doesnt mean that we dont have blonde argentinians, in rich areas of Buenos Aires you can see the kids on private schools wth blonde hair, blue and green eyes and even in the most ugly slums you can find white blonde hair little kids.
Some people think that all argentinians are blonde because some adults who have brown hair bleach their hair to becoming blonde and if you bleach your hair with a good hairdresser in a more "natural shade" , and you have light eyebrows and plus you have natural blonde kids people gonna think you are a "natural blonde" too.

When someone looked whiter and/or taller than the others they often guessed Spain, Argentina or Uruguay. Spain because it is european, and Argentina and Uruguay because those are the whitest countries in South America, afaik. Maybe Brazil as well, I am not sure.
Brazil is very diverse, the Northeast like Bahia is more Afro, the Northeast is more indigenous, the South is more White, but in all of them there are the three ethnicities with different degrees of mixing. The most native are Peru and Bolivia
Southern Brazil has a massive white population. 40% of the population is German descended in the State of Santa Catarina.

for those that didnt understand the reggaeton answer for panama it started in panama but theres also a few names like sech. 🇵🇦 para mi gente ¡que zopa!
It didn't start in Panama, they made reggae en Español then Panamanians and Jamaicans brought that to Puerto Rico where it mixed with American hip-hop and became reggaeton
The brazilian girl and the Cuban girl already know each other from another video, that why Julia replied: "No, not at all", when she asked if they know where is She from
To be honest, I remember watching a video where she said she was Cuban/American, but I was guessing Argentine or Mexican 🤣🤣🤣🤣 so it skipped my head for a moment
I’m pretty sure they film a bunch of this videos the same day, but I mean they have to have known each other either on this video or the either one
EXCELENTE JULIA!!!!!!!! VAMOS BRASILLLLLLLL

I clicked here to find the Panamanian. And on Looks alone I knew it was her lol hahaha with that being said, all Panamanians don’t look like her, but I KNEW , I listened to everyone’s first guess and then went to straight to the end of the video lol. I’m surprised some people nailed it. Nobody everrrr guesses in from Panama and I live where many different Hispanic people and Latinos (including Brazil here heheh) live.
As a Panamanian, the easiest ones were Perú and Colombia :3
Perú because of her English accent and her phenotype, and Colombia because she reminded me of Kali Uchis for some reason, like her facial features look really colombian to me hehe

Yes, she has an accent but it is bad? You mean all Peruvians we have an strong accent. Def you are so wrong on your perception and generalization of a country. Trust me, have heard colombians, argentinians or even people from Brazil with really strong accents. And I am telling you as a Peruvian from the south who learnt to speak English as an adult.

The Mexican and Cuban girls are crazy cute 😍
Beautiful, nice, the Mexican girl took my heart, all beautiful and fun, I liked her video, greetings!!

English language:
-It uses and depends on the Roman alphabet.
-60% of its vocabulary comes from Latin, compared to only 26% of Germanic vocabulary.
-Its grammar is not completely Germanic, it has parts of grammatical structure from Latin.
For this reason, philologists consider the English language a hybrid language. The information in this video is correct.
