Damn, I just screamed from happiness when I saw Henry. Finally, my favorite old man is not some ghost-like protagonist anymore. And when he appeared at the end, it was epic. For some reason I felt really joyful when I saw Henry and Porter looking at Audrey when she grabbed the projector with End Reel in it. For me Henry and Porter are favorite characters and true bro's of this game
The fact we were helped in 55:38 by Porter and at 1:48:48 by Heidi makes me so happy that this game threw in a few good lost ones in the game. Very nice touch! Then 1:43:16 was absolute betrayal. So sad to see Bendy do that to us
Elements in the story & the ending make it sound like Joey wasn't the only one who created his own world. This could mean we may be looking at a sequel were Bendy & Audrey meet challenges new yet not so unfamiliar. After all, we've seen what a dream & ink can do.
Considering that the ending suggests that the Cycle and the real world are in the verge of merging, it could be that we see these cycle characters revolt against humanity for their endless suffering with the potential Ink Demon (assuming he didn’t die from the end reel being played and became “perfect” bendy forever) leading it.

Honestly I didn't want to see gameplay of BATDR because I was worried it'd ruin BATIM for me and BATIM is my biggest and favorite fandom I'm in. I was hesitant but I'm glad I did come watch gameplay of it. This game is awesome.
I love this game a lot, and I feel like I need to point this out: When Audrey is disarming herself, you can see the tommygun and the axe that Henry had back in the original game. There are so many other references, and this one is just one of them.
As much as I like how it came out as a full game, I really liked how the original bendy chapters came out separately. It builds more suspense and has more surprises. Also if they released the chapters separately the game probably wouldn't have died out so fast cus people would still be talking about the game for a bit longer and wondering what the next chaoter may have. Hopefully if there's another game in the series they'll roll out chapters after every few weeks/months
Thinking about it, the way some popular stories were released to the public was by having chapters put out one by one in the newspaper (think heart of darkness as an example).
This is very true, the closest thing to a "bug" I noticed was that she won't jump over railings. Not even sure if that's by design or a bug, tbh. But very, very solidly built game.

The series is very inspired by Bioshock; I think the devs admitted it themselves! The mad-ranting Lost Ones are definitely inspired by Splicers as well!
That and finding those upgrades for stamina, health, and the ink powers too. Reminded me of those upgrades in Infinite, especially with the scenery being very old timey

I actually like this one better than the first game. Although there were some things that made no sense, but, heck, nothing is meant to make sense anyway, am I right? I just love how this game invests me more and even the small comedic parts, sad parts, and even cute parts and even better, a small tiny bendy! That's absolutely adorable, I'm obsessed. 9/10 for me. The ironic thing about Audrey being revealed as Joey's daughter is that way back when the first game was just one Chapter, I imagined that Joey once had a family (a wife & two daughters), but they left when he lost his mind. And one of those daughters had a Bendy doll with her who she was attached to. Also, I can't help react the scene from "Moana" where the title character discovers that the main villain/monster was actually a corrupted deity; but with Audrey comforting Demon Bendy & literally give him back the heart he lost after being betrayed by Joey after all of these years.
This really was a massive step-up from the first game. The graphics are cleaner, the worldbuilding and lore are impeccable to explore, and _ESPECIALLY_ the character development for so many of the cast. Particularly the Ink Demon, the Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde duality alone works wonders for character work, and the Ink Demon actually having a voice gives him so much personality and traits that his first game self just didn't have. Audrey seeing the Ink Demon for the tragic child that he is and bringing him to the real world was just an excellent way to complete his story. But yeah, this game also makes me glad that I'm not a coffee drinker.
This game had such great build-up and pacing, up until you reach wilson's palace and then stuff just kinda... happens. Like as if there were several plotpoints that were crammed into the last 20 minutes. And then the game is over. Like everything starts to happen so fast and beyond the sailor bossfight i'm just thinking to myself is this really the game they wanted to make
The game is actually a bit longer the person playing just kinda went through rushing and already knowing most of the answers if you actually pay attention, look for a longer walk through and probably you will see all detaila

This is a game that I was really counting on to live up to the first game and give us a great ending. I love it and I'm so happy with the ending. It was definitely worth waiting 4 and a half years for. Obsessed.

The ironic thing about Audrey being revealed as Joey's daughter is that way back when the first game was just one Chapter, I imagined that Joey once had a family (a wife & two daughters), but they left when he lost his mind. And one of those daughters had a Bendy doll with her who she was attached to.
Also, I can't help react the scene from "Moana" where the title character discovers that the main villain/monster was actually a corrupted deity; but with Audrey comforting Demon Bendy & literally give him back the heart he lost after being betrayed by Joey after all of these years.
The part when she pulled her finger really made me in agony.

This really was a massive step-up from the first game. The graphics are cleaner, the worldbuilding and lore are impeccable to explore, and _ESPECIALLY_ the character development for so many of the cast. Particularly the Ink Demon, the Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde duality alone works wonders for character work, and the Ink Demon actually having a voice gives him so much personality and traits that his first game self just didn't have. Audrey seeing the Ink Demon for the tragic child that he is and bringing him to the real world was just an excellent way to complete his story.
But yeah, this game also makes me glad that I'm not a coffee drinker.
I love it when she scratched the ducks head, and you really make good videos too!
This game had such great build-up and pacing, up until you reach wilson's palace and then stuff just kinda... happens. Like as if there were several plotpoints that were crammed into the last 20 minutes. And then the game is over. Like everything starts to happen so fast and beyond the sailor bossfight i'm just thinking to myself is this really the game they wanted to make
