Wow this was more than just testing it on yourself- you really went above and beyond! Thanks for including the second half of trying the product on others and explaining your thought process on why you chose the product type that you did !🎉
I’m not a blow out kinda girl - and also won’t be running to buy these Dyson products 😂like the price is crazy I just don’t have the coins for it. Mell as always I enjoyed your video ! The end scenes always get me LOL happy texture Tuesday!! ❤
Thank you for sharing how to measure how much product is best based on my hairs density. Also, fantastic review. I love my curly routine thanks to your Aveda recommendations. Now I’m considering these Dyson products for my straight style days.
I'm impressed (but not surprised). The side with the Dyson styler was obviously better, even through screens and video (which isn't always easy to see).
Thank you for showing these products on naturally curly hair style. I don’t do blowouts, I only wear my hair curly (mix of 2b to 3a fine hair curls), I feel this would not have enough hold for my style to last more than a day workout some frizz coming out, but I am curious and I wish they had samples to try. EDIT: they do have 15 ml samples, they’re currently $20 each
For the first time, I gotta say... YIKES to the price point. I really have to think about it. That's a TON of money for just two products. Could you do a side by side with doing your hair curly? I don't do blow outs usually, and if I do, I do go to a stylist to get it done.. but if I am going to pay 120 bucks (times 2 as my daughter wants to try them as well), it really has to be that much better than anything else I have, and I can throw everything I have away. LOL... But I seriously would love to see a similar video done on styling your hair curly.
Yeah, that's what I was thinking. I mean, it looks great, but at the same time... Do I want this? Or do I wanna keep with my £1 gel that makes my hair look fine, and buy a bond builder and hair gloss instead?
Glad I watched and appreciate the testing, but I won't be buying these :) Wish you had at least mentioned pricing, but maybe Dyson didn't give you that info in advance? Also wish you had compared the products to other hair products instead of "naked hair".... But I get that as a Dyson partner you might not want or be able to draw that comparison. Anyway, that's waaay too much money for 100 ml of product, especially since I have hair down to my lower back. Just yesterday I was shopping for a curl cream, wishing brands wouldn't charge several dollars+ per fluid ounce, and these are over TWENTY USD per fluid ounce. Also, it'd take FOREVER to pump out enough product for my hair personally, just thinking of that is kind of comical. Would love to see some more affordable options this fall - bonus points for some silicone-free options as that's more my speed :)
As a long time user of the Dyson products tool products I am excited to try the Dyson hair products. This video has been extremely useful and informative. I appreciate Dyson having you sponsor their products. It’s fantastic. I am going to buy them and try it out along with the newest tool that just unveiled what a month or two ago I have every single Dyson tool known to man and I appreciate all the engineers that has helped me keep my hair in pretty good shape in Naples, Florida, which has very high humidity. Thank you so much. Have a great day❤
Hi Beautiful, amazing video as always. I was wondering how do you style the back of your curls? Every time I do mine (it's the crown section specifically) that always seems dry and frizzy, I even add the same amount of products evenly ♥
The point is, is it worth your money, or can another product do the same for less. I feel like you're only putting product on one side of your hair, ofcourse the Dyson will outperform just a heat protectant on one side. I'm tired of being sold something just because an influencer has a sponsorship
Stop acting like you don't know that there are hundreds of products that could act similar + she shows around thousands of products from different categories when it comes to price ranges. It is a video about the product and for the people who are interested in seeing if it does perform or not, if they should give it a go or not. She is not telling you to buy the product. Just ask in the comment section if she can do a video where she compares other products to it - is that so hard to do? Instead of just giving your opinion from your point of view that is also self explanatory as written above.
I’m not trying to sound belligerent… but she specifically explained that she was only going to apply product to one side and why. You don’t need to “feel” like she’s doing that, she is and she said she is. And I think that’s normal scientific procedure to have a control?? Not that this is a highly executed science, but how can you know what a product is actually doing if you don’t see what the hair would have done without it? You’re assuming “of course the Dyson would outperform,” but how would you know that?? There could have been little to no difference, that was the point of the test. I can understand your frustrations, but I’m having a hard time following your logic.
Thanks for the breakdown! I have a quick question: I have a SafePal wallet with USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). How should I go about transferring them to Binance?
hi girly! i need some hair help and i hope maybe you can help! i think i spent like 5 months dry brushing my curly hair before getting in the shower as i THOUGHT it would help get the super tangled and matted hair out. It did help cut the time i would spend brushing out of the shower but it basically made my hair thin out it. My hair used to be super thick and now its like mediumly thick. Is there anything i could do to fix or help my hair get its thickness/health back?
Would you consider bringing in a black model to test type 3C and type four here if this product is supposed to be used on those hair types instead of a models head just saying after CNS I would not be inclined to buy these products. I don’t see how they perform on a hair type like mine, in addition, how much do these products cost? 18:4818:5118:52
Timestamps would be so helpful. I often return to your videos to review info. but it's frustrating to have to listen to the whole video again, just to find a specific topic that I want to see again.
Love your hair as always, and perfect timing with a Dyson vid. Have you seen the new Dyson Airwrap i.d.? I've been debating whether to get a supersonic or airwrap, and noticed they've come out with a newer version that looks rather fancy (or possibly unnecessary, I can't decide). Would love your opinion, as I don't trust anyone as much when it comes to hair
I want to see it used on a real model with type 4 hair. The mannequin was a nah for me and it was on the looser end of the tight curl continuum. Makes me think it that this is just like all these other products that say they work on all hair types or meant for curly/coily textures but they really are not for Afro-textured hair.
Sweetie, I’m gonna need you to get a friend like a real life friend that has coily hair - like please! Because this little head doll thing it’s not working very hard to see how it would work.
I've never regretted investing in a dyson product, but for something that I would have to repeatedly purchase (and for my thickkkk 2b/2c hair I'm guessing I'd be repurchasing often)...I'm sorry, this stuff is waaaaaaaay too overpriced ($70 CAD for EACH of the two products, $65 for the refills).
For money. If Beyonce, Rihanna and Blake Lively can release products for hair, why not Dyson? Considering the brand is famous for hair devices, it is kind expected.

Your blow out reminds me of a 1950s vintage hair style! I LOVE IT!
I’m not a blow out kinda girl - and also won’t be running to buy these Dyson products 😂like the price is crazy I just don’t have the coins for it. Mell as always I enjoyed your video ! The end scenes always get me LOL happy texture Tuesday!! ❤
This works so wonderfully on my curly hair! I like my hair curly. It refreshes great!
Not the Staten Island mom hair! LOL. I have dense 4C hair, so I don’t think these products are for me, but this was a fun watch.
Happy Texture Tuesday!! Haven't said that in a while lol. Can't wait to try these!! Much love and happiness!! Xoxo 😘
Looooved the comparison and explanation on this video!! Sooo happy with this Texture Tuesday 😘
Thank you for sharing how to measure how much product is best based on my hairs density. Also, fantastic review. I love my curly routine thanks to your Aveda recommendations. Now I’m considering these Dyson products for my straight style days.
First, you surprised me on TikTok with boot recommendations, and now we get a texture Tuesday. It's been a good week 😊
The "thank you" after "its giving SJP" made me laugh. Yes, owning it 🔥 Good on you Mel
This video made me understand why they made this. I was so confused before. Thank you!
I'm impressed (but not surprised). The side with the Dyson styler was obviously better, even through screens and video (which isn't always easy to see).

The difference is amazing! Very nice!!
Thanks Mel for the video. My opinion is that it’s more of a Farrah Fawcett look, beautiful 😍
Your curls look amazing can you do a full wear day with your hair naturally curly ? thanks i missed texture Tuesdays!

Quality over quantity.

Wow. This was a really great and in depth video.
Can't wait to try these 🥰
Texture Tuesyaayyyyy, its been long🥹😁💜💜💜💜💜
I want to know if you don’t have the hair dryer would it work with other blow dryer s?????❤
I lost it at, “…As a Curly we don’t follow the Directions!… Tosses Box…) 😂🤣😂🤣😂
Dyson hair care products, and how the slayed your Hair, is amazing!

That tiny little dollop tho. It's clearly not for my super thirsty type 3C/4A hair.

Your curly hair is beautiful
Thank you for explaining the chitosan and that it's mushrooms. I'm deathly allergic to them, so I would have bought these without realizing it.
Happy texture Tuesday ❤❤❤
love u, mane girl
Wow.. That was very thorough
Being a long care Dyson user what are your thoughts on the magic Styler that's been going viral?

@@RK-xl1od silly girl. My problem lies in the product distribution plus the sponsorship. Please stay out out of things you dont understand.
💯👍🏻

That packaging is sick!!
And now I find out it's refillable!!! So cool!!!
was that a magnetic snap?!?!
Which Dyson hair straightener is that? Enjoy your videos on curly hair and have been using Curlsmith products and my curls have been amazing! Ty!
Great video! What is a primer for hair? What product did you use?
If their hair products are as good as their tools, it's a win win .

I love chitosan. ❤️
Are these only for straightening curly/coily hair?

I am running to the store to by this products
I love the Mamala 💀
I’m surprised no gel was used when the Dyson cream was used for curly hair .

When you split your part, you looked like you were trying to impersonate Maya Rudolph impersonating Kamala Harris.
There doesn’t appear to be a strong hold gel in the range.
The both look the same in my options sorry cant see any changes
Next thing you know they're gonna start delving into the horticulture industry and give us all plant fertilisers and soils

Ahora si todo tiene sentido....
$60.00 for a hair care product…. Yikes!!!!!
🎉❤
Products are very expensive like all Dyson products
Wow. Girrrrrl, Just looked at the price.
$ 59.00 for less than 4 ounces.
Ouch.
Unfortunately, I refuse silicones and polymers.
$69.99 for a 3.38 oz bottle or $24.99 for a half oz sample. Results look great, but I’ll pass.
It looks like a beautiful made product but $69.?????? Hell no, I’ll stick with Aveda

Wow. You will be Dyson's employee of the month. The same comment 3 times.
