    Good job. Never thought about leaving 1st side attached to make 2nd side easier to cut. Great idea

    Nice job. People lose soo much meat on reds because the say it's a hard fish to clean. I actually just like to use a heavier knife with a rounded blade to get through the scales but I could see serrated being a good option.

    Those anglers need to learn to bleed their fish. Those fillets should be white.
