Hi Dayna! This was such a cozy episode. The start of this year brought a wanting to slow down a bit even with my knitting. I have cut down to about 3 to 4 wips that I am currently working on as opposed to the many I had before. It has helped me clean my brain space out and actually taken the stress out of my knitting time. I am enjoying the few projects I have going and I look forward to working on them. I just finished the Bennet Sisters Shawl which is my first knit shawl. I wear shawls all the time (I wrap them as I do a scarf) but have never had a hand knit one. I’m blocking this one and I’m so excited to wear it. I find shawls so cozy this time of year! Have a wonderful week!!

I am a longtime follower and sock knitter. I love your patterns with cables and your hutch full of yarn. I now am doing the same thing.
Lately I find myself looking for something else as your channel is so much about babies and motherhood. I am well past this part of my life. More of a variety would be nice.
    Thanks,
    Jackie

Thank you for your honesty, Jackie. I try to have a mix of knitting for myself, my kids, and my home, it just depends what's needing the most attention in that season! With 4 under 7, that's the season I'm in (which hopefully friends of expecting moms or grandparents can draw inspiration from!), but I do like to make things for myself, too. I hope you'll keep hanging out to chat knitting. 💛
