Please write down what the vet said to do for Ruby.. that way if it happens again then you'll know how to treat the babies. Your doing a great job and care and love your babies monkeys.😅
Good job with the meds, Yudi. Just make sure you check Ruby's skin turgor before giving Pedialyte -- you want to monitor if she is actually dehydrated. If she is not dehydrated, then do not give Pedialyte. Since you are not giving her milk, make sure you offer water as you do not want her to get too dry (remember milk is about 82% water and so by not giving milk you have reduced her water intake).

I guess it takes time, but she doesnt look that much better, imo. But it is good they brought her to the vet. Hooefully the diagnosis is correct (don't see why it wouldn't be) and they caught it in time. Good to see the little guy so active
Didn’t the doctor tell you to give Ruby bananas to help with her diarrhea? I was just wondering where the bananas were? You need to wrap her up like a burrito when you’re giving her the medicine and the Pedialyte so her arms cannot grab it. Glad to see that she’s going to get better.
