The 3 wombs that mahito has in this episode could be left in a room and nothing much would happen. Sukuna fingers on the other hand attract curses (which is what gojou says in like episode 2 that some fingers have been eaten by curses). To further show how special sukuna fingers are, geto mentions that not just anyone can consume sukuna fingers (gojo also says in ep 2 that itadori is a 1 in a 1000 year talent for being a human that can do this. It still not revealed in the manga why he can but there are some hints in recent chapters.) But the 3 wombs can be consumed by anyone to let the object possess that person like we saw in this episode.
