Just wanted to wish your brother luck. My twin sister was there for me through 4th stage cancer, ( I kicked it's ass) and 4 back surgeries that almost killed me due to infection. Youre a great sister! Keep up the loving support!

The Chicken Crust would be yummy Mexican style to: Salsa or crushed tomatoes for sauce, Chiorzo (sp?), Poblano peppers or jalapenos and the Colby/Jack cheese.
Praying still for your brother, Michael. To walk away from that fall with so few injuries is certainly a miracle, Praise God!
I'm so praying for your brother! My oldest son has Autism and had his first seizure last Christmas eve. He's on the right meds now and hasn't had any for months now. So loving your channel, and I also wanted to tell you there is a lot of evidence being shown with keto diets curing seizure disorders. Praying this is true for my Tristan.

The folks on Keto Connect did a great recipe for Chicken Crust Pizza a few weeks ago and it's really good too. You should check it out...it actually uses canned chicken.

I really can't wait to try this recipe!!!!! So much easier than cauliflower!!! I think I will roll it out thinner as I don't want to much protein. ( I have seen where people remove the crust from the oven and flip it onto another piece of parchment paper to brown up the underside of the crust. I bet the texture would be crispier as well). I want to try and add cooked chopped bacon to up the fat count in the crust recipe! Can't wait to try taco pizza made with 90% lean ground beef seasoned with taco seasoning, dried minced onion/garlic and a dollop of sour cream/avocado on each piece!!! Oh and lots of spinach or lettuce....Oh my brain is firing off all kinds of ideas.... green chopped chilies in the crust for mexican/taco type pizza... someone stop me.....lol

Delicious pizza, been using this method since you first showed the recipe. I use RAO's Marinara for the sauce as its super low carb compared to other jars of sauce.

Perhaps he may need to be evaluated by neurology for meds to prevent breakthrough seizures. I am sure your mom, who is a nurse, is already on top of this. Thanks for sharing this with us. Kat, just to let you know my Dad has been having seizures (about 2-3 a year) lately and since he cannot eat Keto we are trying exogenous ketone drinks. There is a lot of good research out there regarding ketones and brain healing. So far his doctor is quite pleased with his healing progress. Time will tell, of course, to see if his seizure episodes decrease. He likes the taste and it makes him feel good. Maybe you can get some discounts from your business contacts for this stuff and try it out. I can't wait to try your chicken crust pizza recipe... I don't like fathead pizza (tastes too much like almonds). This looks right up my alley! I think I will add red pepper flakes to the crust to kick it up a notch! Thanks and love your videos!!
So sorry to hear about your brother. My son had epilepsy until he was 13. He's 16 now and knock on wood, seizure free.

Walmart has a sugar free BBQ sauce, it's great on the chicken crust. All I do is add a little barbecue sauce and some cheese on top of my chicken crust and it's like I have a barbecue chicken pizza! Mmm

I love the cauliflower crust pizzas even though it takes a while to put it together at home and it is messy to make. I just discovered an amazing cauliflower pizza crust that I was able to order online (cauliflourfoods.com) and they are amazing. I have tried both the original and red pepper versions. Enjoy the rest of your spring break!
