(I am aware this is not very clean ) but it was the only thing I had I added garlic aioli from J.L. Craft and I loved it. I could not believe the crust ! It tastes like a pizza crust !!! I am so happy I had it for breakfast ! I am tired of eggs and this really made my morning today ! Made this last night. OK first let me say I'm the only person in my house doing keto. Everyone else eats the standard diet. Now, When I pulled this out of the oven my family couldn't stand it. The smell was so awesome that they ate half of the pizza. This is going to be my pizza night selection and maybe my families also. Thanks for these recipe videos. God Bless

We finally tried your recipe. I don't think I squeezed my can enough because I had to cook my chicken more than double the time to get it dried out and I wasn't sure what was considered too moist after mixing. I use my best guess, and made our pizzas. The family gives it a unanimous 2 thumbs up! Winner, winner, chicken pizzas crust dinner!!!
I made the chicken crust pizza last night, doubling the recipe for a big 16" pizza for hubby and 14-year-old grandson. My husband is carnivore so I added the pepperoni plus some cut up sausage for the toppings. He LOVED it; said it's a keeper. It's very filling, I could only eat one and a half slices. The first crust we tried when we started pizza was the chicken crust. We used the Kirkland brand as well and it turned out great. I love pizza loaded with meat and veggies. My half always has black olives! I look forward to the egg fast results. I'm not sure I could do it.
I like this crust. I make a standard margarita pizza at times, and other times, i let it cool, soften cream cheese with a little added ranch dressing mix and put a lot of vegetables on top. I eat the cream cheese version at room temp or leftover right out of the fridge.
This recipe ALSO makes good cheesy chaffles or sandwich bread made in a chaffle maker. Not sure if it would work in a regular waffle maker because of how thick it would be.
I used this recipe but added rice cauliflower, broccoli and carrots to it. I also used garlic and onion powder, along with Italian seasoning and Herbes de Provence seasoning. I sprayed the top of the baked pizza crust with EVOO and then added our toppings! (Canadian Bacon and Pineapple for one, uncurled pepperoni for the other, and broccoli cauliflower and tomato for the third-feeding 5 people.) It was absolutely delicious!!!

Looks good. The only thing wrong with it is it needs about 4x as much pepperoni and twice as much mozzarella for me. With some diced stewed tomatoes on top. That would make it enough for my OMAD.

This is an incredible idea! I buy a whole chicken every week, cook it in my Instant Pot, then pick the meat off the bones and keep in the fridge for the week. Problem is I usually end up wasting a few ounces, because I can't eat all of it before it spoils. A pizza would be a great way to use it up and keep things creative and interesting 😁

Next time put your pizza pan underneath it parchment paper then the chicken then another piece of parchment paper and roll it out and since it's in a pizza pan on the bottom it will go all the way to the edge

When I used rotisserie chicken I didn’t have to dry it out first. One step eliminated
Rottiserie chicken often has a lot of sugar in it. Be careful.

We like fathead dough too. We use the chicken crust when we want a lot of veggies and the fathead when our toppings are only meat and cheese.
