If you're feeling extra lazy you can do this recipe by adding just a splash of heavy whipping cream, shredded cheese, cream cheese and spices right in your glass pan and then bake or like me don't even bother with that last step. Mix and microwave till complete. You have a Keto friendly side dish very fast! You're so right, it's not mac and cheese but for mock and cheese it's great!! Thank you for sharing it with us!
