Wondering if you can put the chicken that comes in a can into the blender. I know it's already cooked, , but I'm thinking maybe it won't make much of a difference. The only thing is the fat, right? My guess is it inhibits binding.

I just pulled a pizza out of the oven ... no crust. I cut roma toms from my garden lengthwise into 3, placed on cast iron flat grill, s & p, drizzle citrus olive oil, baked. Topped with 3 grated cheeses (smoked cheddar, sharp cheddar, mozz), fresh chives (chopped), granulated garlic, oregano & basil from my garden, drizzle of citrus vinegar, pepperoni. Returned to the oven on low, when cheese oozes, broil for a couple minutes. For vegetarians leave off the pepperoni and you can skip the broil if you like, it's still very tasty! Eat out of the grill (mine is round and the size of a luncheon plate) but as it's cast iron, don't leave it for too long.
i know the regulations for nutrient listing on packaging is different in USA than Canada, but i have not found any eggs that are not 1g carbs/2 eggs, Something to inquire about as i see several recipes by different people stating 0 carb, but are using multiple eggs. That said (and everyone should always figure out your own macros based on your ingredients) keep up the good work! that oreo shake is amazing

@@bxxmb80 they sure do! I put them on a cookie sheet, add my toppings and bake for about 10 min at 400*F you can even spread a thin layer of olive oil on the bottom for extra crispiness
I do my tortilla in a skillet, spray skillet first with cooking spray put in low carb tortilla. Set on high heat check it to see when slightly browned, turn off the heat. Flip tortilla and put your sauce and toppings. I do cheese, pepperoni, black olives, and fresh basil. Turn heat back on to medium to melt cheese on top and crisp up the bottom of the tortilla. Cut and enjoy
Try the QWALTNEY roll sausage. (Unless you have a fav already). It does not have a ton of fat like the other common name brands that swim in grease. Let us know how the sausage crust turns out.
I make something called meatzza that mixes 50/50 sausage with the leanest hamburger you can buy. It is awesome, as it cuts down the fat, & also gives a more subtle flavor than 100% sausage. You can top with sauce, cheese, & all your fav toppings... so good!!

Hmm good question…I think it will still work, I think you’ll still taste some turkey…but I’ve found when the pizza cools you really lose the meat flavor. So if you like cold pizza it won’t be a problem
Question on the pepperoni - the ones you show while adding them to the uncooked pizza look to me like the readily-available Hormel style pepperoni. All of your post-cooking pics show cupped pepperoni. I've never been able to get the traditional hormel pepperoni to do this. Is this some type of black-magic-youtube video magic, or did you actually get the pepperoni to cup or use a different type? I must know because I want cupped pepppppp
@@TheDietChef cupped pepperoni is the best but I didn't know there was a specific kind for it lol. When I got pizza in Italy they always cut the pepperoni really thick which is what I thought made it cup up. Just being thicker.
@@aprilmason1734 do you somehow have magical eggs?! All eggs have 0.7 gm carb per large egg. So using 3 eggs would be 2.1 gm of carbs. When something has less than 1 gm carb per serving, the packaging can say zero, but ALL eggs and ALL dairy will have some carbs.
Ok, so i tried this. please specify that you need a container, NO MATTER WHAT, to cook this, not just a pizza shape (not everyone freaking owns a pizza shape). I assumed i can just shape it onto my stone and be done, but during cooking, all the juices just seeped everywhere in the oven
Wheat protein isolate is a no-no anyways, since it's too LEAN and will spike your insulin. Xantham gum is an honest replacement for thickener. My thoughts on canned are that it would be very watery and unless you can squeeze out most of the moisture through a cheese cloth, it might be too wet to stick together. Don't forget all that egg he adds in at the end that has to absorb. Let us know if you try it! :)

i honestly dont think it matters its fine to use up to 5 eggs per day without problem a keto doctor specialist said so and so many others
