Loved your review. Im deciding on buying one of these too.
Question. I trialed what you did on my ziggy twin but I burnt the bottom of the pizza on my ziggy 30cm pizza stone.
I only managed to get it up to a max of 250C, over 30 min, before I put the pizza in.
I’m assuming it was black because the heat close to the flame was hotter than the top. Should I have turned the flames down to low after putting the pizza on the stone?
I didn’t, and burn’t the base of the pizza on the stone. It was black and couldn’t eat the bottom so scrapped the topping off and ate that. I had a wholemeal thin and crispy Tip Top pizza base from Coles.

Please provide some basics on clearing after use, first-time seasoning, and effectively cooking sausages.
    Thank you

@uchitluktuke5304 I should point out that we are not currently in any partnership or collaboration with Zeigler and Brown, so any advice given here is purely my own and should, in no way, be considered as advice given by, or on behalf of, the manufacturer. Before using for the first time, I washed the grill plates and flat plate down in warm soapy water, rinsed in clean fresh water and placed them back on the bbq on a low heat to dry. I also wrap the catch tray (underneath) in aluminium foil. After use, I will turn both burners to full and close the lid getting the internal temps up to about 330 degree C and do about a 30minute burn off. When it cools, I will brush the grill plates then wipe the body of the bbq out with Selly's bbq wipes. If I use the flat plate, I will wash in warm soapy water, return to low heat to dry. Again, this is what I do and may differ from the instructions provided with the product. I really hope this helps and would absolutely recommend these bbqs. Happy cooking. Cheers Brow

Would you have an opinion of the similar three burner elite, which is about $100 dearer.
Good buy for first BBQ and family of 4 to 6. Please guude
    Thanks

@uchitluktuke5304 my guess is that the three burner would be every bit as good as the 2 and would be perfectly suitable as a family 'home' bbq . I haven't looked to far into the triple burner but would also imagine that it would provide even more versatility than the 2 burner. We specifically went for the Elite Twin as we wanted a portable, 2 burner bbq (with independent burners) that we could take with us on our adventures. For that reason, I also chose not to purchase the matching cart. Nearly 8 months on and I still believe this is the best gas bbq I have ever owned. Thanks for watching our review. Cheers Brow

Great overview of the product… I getting the elite 3 burner soon. Looks far superior to the similar Weber alternative. There wasn’t much product info on this elite series bbq so your overview confirmed what I suspected in terms of grill shape (far better than the ‘oval-type’ design of other bbqs and gives much more functionality / usable cooking surface?

Thankyou! Glad we could help! Yes definitely more usable cooking surface, we just spent the afternoon over the beach and made pizzas in it and it worked even better than we thought it would!
