  • Learn how to throw off the hump in this quick tutorial video. The hardest bits to master are centering a large piece of clay, and getting the hang of cutting your pot off the hump. Will you be trying this method?
I'll see you soon with another vid. In the meantime, please let me know what you'd like to see more of in the future. ✨

All the best for your wedding!!! I’m sure it will be an amazing day 🥂 I would love to see more trimming videos - it’s the one area I still struggle with. My throwing seems to be quite good and I’m tackling more complicated items, but I regularly trim through the bottom 😢
See you when you’re back from your wedding 🎉

Hi, I just found your channel and I absolutely love the way you explain things in your videos for beginners, (I just started to wheel-throw three weeks ago). Also, congrats on getting married!

Since watching this video, my daughter has asked me to make 15-20 bud vases for her November wedding. I do not have a kiln but do have a wheel, so I am here today revisiting your off the hump technique in hopes of making a slew of acceptable bud vases for my very particular daughter. Also, I was hoping to ask you if you were happy with the size and function of the vases you made for your wedding. You don't happen to know of a recent bride who needs to unload some slightly used bud vases by any chance? ;)

Hi!!! I've recently gotten into pottery. I go to a studio but also have a (cheap) wheel at home. I was wondering how you recycle clay? Is there an easy and maybe cleaner method to recycle clay at home? love your vids and pottery!!! thanks!

    Hey, congratulations!
I've got a question for you, where can I get a hold of your batt system? I know you mentioned it in one of your videos but I can't remember which, I think you said it was a woman owned company? If not something you said made me want to support that company. Thank's for reading my comment.
