Thanks guys! Perfect timing. I woke up with tight muscles in my lower back. I have a rectangular heating pad similar to the one shown. Definitely going to try it in my recliner with an added pillow for support. Blessings 🙌🏼

I like to use a heating pad for 10-20 minutes, then turn it off for awhile, then back on again throughout the day. I think the change in temperature helps to get the blood circulating and loosen up tight muscles and relieves pain. My heating pad needs an upgrade. I never heard of the one made for the neck and shoulders. Can't wait to buy one. Thanks for the video guys!

I live on heating pads! I have several in different areas of the house! A shut off timer is very important to avoid burns.

I smiled when I saw today's video from my favorite physical therapists as I'm now using my heating pad on my lower back. As someone with RA, OA, and Fibro, I'm the queen of heating pads, cold packs, splints, massagers, and pillows. I have a Thermophore heating pad from way back when. Mine is an older model with a control you must hold to keep on so there is no fear of burns. The newer models have on/off controls. I also have the weighted heating pads for my neck/shoulders, but love and use my Thermophore the most as it is large and heats up very quickly. Thanks for your videos, guys. Your videos demonstrate your care and attention towards your fans. As PTs, you are all too aware of the issues we need the most help and advice with. Thank you for always being so responsive to our needs. It's why we love you guys so much ❤

I have a heating pad on my back every night for 30mins as I fall asleep (auto shut off). Thanks, fellas! God bless!

I was given a heated throw blanket, after working out in the yard, I lay on top of the blanket. It is timed so no problem there.

I live between Florida and Panama so heat is not in the top 10 of my favorites list so stretching and yoga are my best friends. I also just lay on my back on a nice cool floor to focus on my alignment

Bob, Brad, & Mike, what do you think about a foam roller? It hurts at first but once you get it moving it feels good and seems to loosen things up. Hopefully, I'm not doing more bad than good, what do you think?

One of life's great mysteries: 99% of humans need lumbar support, but 99% of chairs do not have it built in!
