your video did help alot but im not sure why i didnt do 7 locks. on my 4th lock i got the message "a great lock has been released" and i dont have anymore begin/submit buttons. i checked and my 8th torch is fully light up. guess the locks are random

oh wow I didn't know that. So it's random then up to 7 locks.
Can confirm. I got the message today after 3 locks. 8th orb lit up. Door to new room open. Enigma machine says "All mechanisms are unlocked.
I only had to do 4 locks....
