Great content I'm ready to invest but don't which avenue to take. I'm in the trucking industry but don't want to drive anymore I'm burned out. Logical thing would be to own a few but i don't enjoy that industry. Real estate seems to be where it's at i just have to take that leap that i can be an owner or investor 🤗

Investment is the key to sustaining your financial longevity. And not just any investment but an investment with guaranteed returns. Also do proper research and invest with the right approach. Stocks, real estate, Hedge funds and ETFs are good investments as well. 🙂

@@marissamatty2703 Great plan 👍. Started investing at 37. Sometimes I wish I started earlier. it might seem like you are wasting your time now but you're making huge changes and progress. Watch out in nearest future your friends will regret why they didn't take this bold step. Keep it up.

@@MustafaAli-po2kd You have to start small to grow big. I started from financial market. Didn't have any clue about trading or investment but I'm glad I came across a regulated broker who is my investment advisor and trader. He handles all my trading activities and investment. One thing as a beginner is to have professional guidance at your end. You mustn't invest your time to make profit. Your broker will handle all that.

There’s so much dignity and respect to be an independent woman.I spent my 20s working and investing. Now I’m 31 and I have about 10 streams of income . Supporting my husband and kids and buying anything I want without asking anyone for moneys. Nothing gives greater joy than that. lots of women need to get to work no matter your husband’s or partner’s financial status.

@@angelmiguel133 I invest and trade financial market. It’s been very lucrative. With the profit I made over a year , I was able to buy a restaurant. But trading is not what you do without proper guidance. i have a broker who handles my trades because I'm always too busy managing my restaurant.

Have you started building your portfolio?
1.) Too good to be true, it probably is.
2.) Pay attention to peoples character.
3.) Get hands on help.
4.) Get accurate estimates.
5.) Don’t get too emotional.
6.) Don’t count on appreciation to save you.

One thing I still don't understand even from watching other channels, is when wholesaling what are the steps after getting a yes from a seller. From choosing title company to communicating when you find a buyer. If you could make a video on that! You would save my life right now

Wow, this was such a good video. You went ahead and did it. But it was good you actually did it because most of the time your first deal will not be perfect but what you learned during this deal is way more than you would of learned from any book. Thank you for breaking it down like this. My first deal was also a headache with my contractor, similar stories in the rehab budget. I paid almost double. Where is this deal located? This is great stuff, it's even better looking back to all those previous videos and thinking " oh I remember that and that". I haven't done my first deal yet but I have been attending meetups by one of my local lenders and they're having a seminar this weekend teaching how to do the whole process. The good thing about it is that you felt forward and didn't stop, keep it up

Quick questions: When you had a GC, electrician, and a plumber come out during due diligence, did you have to pay each of them to come walk the property? And how did you know to have all 3 come out? Did the GC advise for the other 2 to walk it as well?
Did you find out a answer to your questions??? I'm literally trying to figure this out as well. I was thinking that the GC could possible give me an estimate of everything. Let me know

I agree Not to us a general contractor for everything…I am telling why/my experience and many others in my self-help book for homeowners and investors-coming soon- I think that man was his own contractor and possibly used some family and friends who had no clue…however. Great learning experience and you are still learning while earning 😊🔥🔥🔥❤️❤️❤️
