On time message for me!. Summary:
1. Know and be honest about your risk tolerance scared money don't make money
2. Know your why and design your strategy based on it
3. Decide if you can't or won't do something (lack of knowledge vs. Lack of confidence/interest) and solve it
4. Focus on ONE thing at a time
5. Help yourself so others are more likely to help you.

My husband and I are seniors, and we have been worried about becoming homeless in today's challenges. We have very little money per month ($2400/ month), my husband is on hospice, and I'm not in great shape myself. We only have about $80,000 savings. So when I saw that you house hacked to help you, I loved that! But if I can turn around and make more, Why not!!!

It’s actually not .06 interest. My money is in an offset account that offsets my mortgage by almost 50% so paying my house off early. But yes also. Real estate investment from an income perspective it’s just ok. But it’s the best from a passive income perspective. 😃

I'm in the comfort zone. I have been through impossible hardship. I don't want to do anything. Cause I'm so exhausted from it all. I just want to rest. Well that is part of me the other part is so excited about doing it all. But I'm scared frustrated scared I won't be able to get it done and fail fail. Listening to you makes me happy gives me hope. Thank you. I would like feed back how do I put the bad feeling aside and move on each day. Please help.
